I work remotely in Florida for attorneys located in North Carolina. I have a "new" computer that needed to be completely setup to the NC office. I was fortunate enough to have Mike Bishop answer my call to Support. The setup took time and Mike never left me hanging. He explained when he'd have to call back and did so as quickly as possible, he explained quirks my new-to-me computer had and took the time to always keep me in the loop. He was fast, personable, knowledgeable, confident and understood what it takes to communicate the steps he took to one who is not as savvy with computers - me! Michael Bishop is amazing! I was having an on-going issue that kept popping up after hours that was keeping me from meeting a deadline and I was pretty frustrated. I assumed that I would be waiting to get a call back during business hours, but he called me back right away and helped fix my issue quickly, allowing me to get back to work and meet my deadlines. And he was incredibly patient and kind about my frustration with the situation. No matter the issue, he is always a pleasure to work with.
