BridgeNET Fiber

Not being very tech-savvy, I had some reservations about switching to this new service. But, I was so frustrated with my current internet provider, that taking the plunge was really the only option. I am so very glad that I did. The customer service has been excellent. The technicians communicate very well and are always on time. Emails follow up all phone calls. Everyone was polite and helpful. We now have amazing internet speed, our reception is clearer even on our old TV's. We had lost the ability to stream on at least half of our channels. That has all been restored! Our home had to be hardwired with the previous internet provider due to the configuration of 1970's construction. All those ugly wires are gone and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. Wow, what a difference on every level! And, our monthly bill will be cut in half!! Can't beat that!! A special commendation to Mike, our installer. He showed up early and within 45 minutes, we were live! He was very helpful, polite and patient, answering all our questions in detail. Bridgenet has exceeded all expectations, which nowadays is hard to find. I highly recommend that if the service becomes available in your area, check it out.

I cannot believe how customer friendly this company is. My installer, Michael Ellis, was so smart and warm and patient. He had the IT department go patiently, step by step on what my needs were. I am so excited to dump my previous provider and be a Bridgenet family member. Great company!!!

Crazy customer service!!! Never have I had a company call me and let me know that service has been interrupted and that they are on it for repairs. Then on a weekend day they are here repairing the issue before 8AM. Had us back online in record time! The internet speed we are getting from BridgeNET is 4x times faster than Spectrum. Yes, that fast. Can't say enough about this company and the team! Thanks to Ryan, Mike , & Courtney!!! Your attention to detail is out standing!!!!

Bridgenet Fiber is great, use to be a customer with spectrum and AT&T, so the experience is light and day. Their service is really fast, no hidden fees, and the upload download speed is like 4x faster while being half the price. I had the opportunity to work with Mike Ellis, a technician there, he managed to check everything within 15-20 minutes and was courteous while doing so. Even though its the weekend they came within 3-4 hours. other competitors would take 12-24 hours to come or even charge me at times.

We now have fiber (super FAST). Got our fiber installed by MIke E, who was super cool and nice. After install He helped set up my custom password. we are super happy with the install and services. Thank you

Could not be happier with my fiber optic internet from BridgeNET. A crew came out a day or so before the home install and ran the cable up to the house. Then a tech came out to physically run it into the house. Everything was clean, fast, and flawless. Equipment provided was top notch. Previously I had two large boxes...a router and then another single band wireless router. Now I have a single, small, sleek box - containing both the router and a dual-band wireless router. So less equipment, more functionality, more than double the internet speed, and at almost half the price? No brainer. :)

My service is out right now due to a cut line in Claremont. Been since out about 3pm. Since then, Taylor, my rep. has been reaching out personally by email with updates on getting service restored. He then gave me a call, personally, to apologize for the inconvenience and give me latest update. He even discounted my bill for the month on his own accord. I would just like to say that in all the years I've done business with #Spectrum, even as an employee, I have never received even decent customer service. I am SOOOOO glad I made the switch!! I will never return to #Spectrum now that I have found a company that VALUES my contribution to their business. Thank you Bridge-Net Fiber and especially Taylor for being so exceptional.

I never expected there would be fiber optic connections available in the "city of progress"; thankfully I was wrong. These folks provided me with prompt and professional service. Very thoughtful and courteous with installation work, both inside and outside. Excellent service thus far with much higher speeds and a lower cost. YES... It's so wonderful to not be out of service all day from the previous provider, every time the lights blink.
