E. Carroll Joyner Park

Walking trails everywhere! Super scenic for pictures. And the cutest park with bites to climb! All of my kids had the best time for hours here. Not a bad drive from Henderson right off of capital in the outskirts of wake forest.

The rolling hills and the blonde of the magnolias were an awesome addition to the walk. Nice open fields to fly kites and drones. The wall of honor was a nice touch.

This park is absolutely wonderful! I went down to North Carolina to visit my parents and ended up going here almost every day! Phenomenal place to take the dog and also my children love the playground there's also a super cool Rec Center that we would be at weekly if we lived here

This park has miles of trails, a playground, and an amphitheatre area. Restrooms are in a convenient location.

We found this gem riding around. It was such a beautiful afternoon and very peaceful. The whole area was beautiful. We were able to walk around and enjoy the beauty of nature. It was a wonderful experience and I definitely want to go back with family and take some photos. The area has so many beautiful spots. Love some of the history of the place as well.

Very good open areas for trails, grass areas for games, areas to grill & picnic, green swinging benches. Restrooms sometimes need more attention during larger activities, like 6 Sundays in Spring But. I love coming to this area park!

The park is really nice and huge. It is a great place to take a walk and they also have events which makes the playground very convenient. There are still many more plans in the works for this park as outlined in the map which I am sure will be enjoyed by all.

Nice, well maintained park in Wake Forest area. It's a really huge park which has amenities like play area for kids, walking trails, cycle tracks, barbecue area. Kids play area has couple of slides and swings along with some other activities to do. Walking trails are really good to have walk as it go through every part of the park. This park is really made for every age group. There is also a big indoor hall to play indoor games like badminton. Parking lot is also spacious. Spent day well with family and friends.
