As a first-time inventor, the process is extremely exciting but can also be extremely intimidating. After contacting several prototypers across the USA, I found Stoke Ventures. My experience working with Andrew at Stoke Ventures has been nothing short of ideal. From our first video conference, I felt completely at ease. He made a great effort to understand my vision and expectations. Once we signed a contract, he and his team used their expertise to highlight ways to improve my product regarding design, functionality, and suggested materials. They are very knowledgeable. In addition to the design, he helped me find a reputable manufacturer and negotiate a lower price. His communication continues to be exceptional and transparent. Although I'm not a large company, I receive the utmost professionalism and consideration. This process has been a few years in the making, but Stoke Ventures has been there every step of the way to help me with my needs. Working with Stoke has been great & more human than other product development firms we've used. Andrew's entrepreneurial experience shines in his work. Stoke develops products with the whole business process in mind from material and manufacturing sourcing to fulfillment and marketing and that has, a few times now, saved us headaches before they even began (and saved us a lot of money). It's awesome working with Andrew and Carter! They almost turn the wheel of the car. One step ahead. That helps with ideas. We created a product from an idea Andrew lead the design. Now we're moving on to a shopify account. Carter has been very knowledgeable about the website move to shopify. Going start a campaign this summer for my kitchen product. I feel good that I have a super team. Teamwork makes the dream work!

I am the co-founder of OcuTrap Inc, a company that makes smart animal traps. We hired Stoke Ventures to enhance our circuit board functionality, develop firmware, and design a protective enclosure to prepare our product for commercialization. Unfortunately, our experience with Stoke Ventures was highly unsatisfactory. They failed to deliver complete and functional outcomes. Key deliverables, such as fully documented firmware and complete enclosure designs, were either partially delivered or not delivered at all. The project started in May 2023, with an expected completion in mid-August. By October, after paying the second installment, we realized that much of the work was still incomplete. Poor communication and extensive delays plagued the project, forcing us to hire another firm to start over. Stoke Ventures showed a lack of urgency, responsibility, and transparency. Their project management was inadequate, leading to significant delays and missed deadlines. We had to hire a lawyer to demand a refund due to their failure to fulfill the contract. Overall, Stoke Ventures needs to improve their communication, project management, and quality control. We do not recommend their services. We will update this review if anything changes.

Andrew at Stokes did a great job helping us create some parts that we needed, enabling us to launch a new business. He designed CAD files for five different parts and worked with us back and forth until our vision was perfected! Andrew was flexible and worked with our schedule. Thanks, Andrew.

Andrew, with Stoke Ventures, really did an amazing job with my product. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of design and getting an idea to market. he was very user friendly and accommodating to my schedule, which was refreshing. I enjoyed working with Stoke Ventures as they really seemed to make the product their own by providing input to the design, material, and practicality while still maintaining true to my overall requests. I'm glad they were recommended to me and when I need something else designed, I know where to turn.

Andrew is the consummate professional. If he says he's going to do something, not only does he do it, he does it quickly. His communication is flawless, never left anything lingering or waiting. And on top of that, his work is impeccable. He is very thorough and complete with each project.
