This company has been faithful to go above and beyond 100% of the time. I cannot say enough about their knowledge, dedication, courtesy and professionalism. They truly treat my business as though my success is absolutely vital to their own every single day. Although our needs are complex, they are always equal to the task. What a blessing to have this aspect of our business cared for with such excellence that I no longer dread calling for help because there is always a friendly voice and a friendly face that responds.

I wish I could give them 6 stars. An excellent team with dedicated and passionate employees. They kept our needs at the forefront when designing our new website and helped us incorporate the tools we needed to reach more customers and increase our sales. They are extremely responsive, even after hours and work quickly to address any issues we may be encountering. 10/10 highly recommend.

We have had a long standing relationship with Digitus89 (formally Cape Fear Webmasters) so when it was time to upgrade our website, we knew they were the ones for the job! We understand completely why they changed their name; they do SO much more than just websites/hosting now. Paul Ward is our primary point of contact and he is very prompt and thorough; assisting with all aspects of our website development and SEO. He is not just someone who makes a sale and then drops out of sight after the invoice is paid - you know he wants the best for your company and is always there for you. Digitus89 has a great team of artists and developers which resulted in an awesome website for Burns Family Dentistry. We have received many compliments from patients on the clean design and ease of locating information. In addition, their photographer, Ryan. shot a Virtual Tour and Aerial Photos for us which totally exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend based on the quality and range of services they provide.

If I could give this company less stars then one I would. I am surprised this company is still in business. They have been circling the drain for the last few years since the people that actually cared about the client are gone. If you are still hosting with this company you better take note that you should be looking for another provider before you lose your website forever.
