I have been working with 97 Display for nearly a year, and they have consistently delivered high-quality service for my website. Their thoroughness and efficiency have truly made my life easier, allowing me to focus on other aspects of my business. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to enhance their online presence!

We used them to design our website and then for their promises of being able to bring students to the school. Their website designing skills are great - we loved that part, however thereafter definitely not worth $340 per month for the promises of leads and then only getting 1 or 2 fake leads. Also, poor communication. You would try to call or email to reach out to them and either not a get a response or get a very delayed response. You would ask them to change or adjust something on the website and they would only refer to a link so you can teach yourself how to do it. Why am I paying you $340 a month just so you can tell me to do it myself? Sorry but not worth it.

There's a lot to be said for do it yourself websites they are easy to set up and saves you money...but are they it and do they save you money? I say in my case it was costing me money. For our business, 97 Display has proven that they can deliver what they say with the development of our website and the ability to focus in on our market we have seen a return in the first week. We are getting leads and have to follow up as soon as they come in they are not always a good fit for the gym however this has been by far the most leads we have ever received. Marc Next 5 Fitness

My experience with 97 Display has been fantastic! They really helped me to design a website that speaks to my company brand and the clients I serve. Will Long had been my design manager and I've already recommended him to two other people. He's been super helpful in navigation of CRM and helping me customize everything. They're very easy to get a hold of and very attentive to the needs of their clients. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with them running my website.

Hands down the absolute BEST! I've owned and operated my martial arts school for over 15 years and no other company matches 97Display when it comes to service, professionalism, value, and the list goes on. Due to the pandemic I was unable to renew my lease and ended up closing the school. I finally found a great location but was worried I wasn't going to be able get new leads right away... I couldn't be more wrong. Just last month I had 20 qualified leads and ended up enrolling 18 of them. This month (March) we ended up enrolling 24 new members all thanks to 97Display. If we keep this up, I will be at 200-250 students by the end of the year. And this is all starting from scratch... From Jerry to Phil and Will, these guys really know what they are doing behind the scenes. I will only use 97Display from here on out. Again, hands down the BEST.

My experience with 97 Display was horrible to say the least. I was referred to this company by someone I trust, and it looked like other people had positive experiences with them, so I was eager to sign up. I had an existing website and was looking for 97 Display to make improvements to the layout, design, and SEO. After providing them all the info I wanted on the site they got to work and sent me the first draft. It was poorly made, did not reflect my company, and had blatant mistakes like an entire page filled with question marks. I sent it back for further revisions but again was disappointed with the next draft they sent me. The copy made no sense, the layout was visually worse, and I was having to put in extensive work to make edits myself. After sending it back a third time I finally got another draft, 43 days (7/16 - 8/28) after signing up with 97 display and 2 days before my next bill from them. The site was even worse off. Menu buttons linked to incorrect pages, there were screenshots of pages from my old website used as photos, and pages with blank white space. Now I was upset. I was still at square one with this company after a month and a half and $750 of bills. The web designer Nicki was on vacation, so things were escalated to Alli the Implementation Manager. She could not help me, so it was again escalated to Jerry, the sales rep who sold me on the site. He could not help either, so he escalated the issue to Steven, the sales director. Apparently, he could not do anything either, only the CEO Timothy has the power to issue any sort of refund. Good thing for me I was connected to Timothy on LinkedIn. After reaching out to him, they offered to continue working on the site, but after a month and a half with no results I could not continue to let them waste my time. They did however decide to keep the $750 I had paid them even though they did not produce a product for me. As a business owner myself it is sad to see another business that does not take enough pride in their work to offer a refund when they know they messed up, "I agree with you that the current website isn't top notch" the words of their CEO. Look elsewhere.
