Dropped off laptop to have it cleaned, didn't ask me any questions, had it for over 2 weeks, called twice and left messages as to the status, nobody returned my calls. Went to pick it up during business hours whether it was done or not and the door was locked. Called and he said he was on a service call. Called the next morning to see if someone would be there as I wanted to pick up my computer and was told "I should be." Definitely will take my business elsewhere. We have been going there for years and have always had great customer service. New owners?

He fixed it enough to work which is great but I completely lost all pictures which was primarily what my laptop was for- pictures of my kids and work. He really thought I should pay the extra to get a new hard drive which isn't really something in my budget and for the amount would probably buy a basic new laptop which my daughter needs for school anyway. Not a horrible place but not the greatest either. I really should have called around for estimates instead of just picking a place. All pictures gone was the hard part.

I highly recommend Computer 1 Inc. for all your PC needs. James, Joel, and Dustin have helped me with both my business and personal operating systems. This is not limited to computer setup but working through the bugs most likely due to user error. The in-house and in office visits keep our company and household up and running with zero down time and the small fixes are all done remotely with him logging in from their office. This is a huge benefit to both small and large companies as the personal touch is second to none.

We have had nothing but great service from Computer 1. James has been helping us for a few years now, and I think he sells us what we need at a fair price including protection for our computers. I definitely recommend them to my friends.

I've trusted Computer 1 for well over a decade with my IT needs. I purchased my higher end Toshiba laptops from Computer 1, for my business and personal use. I am very satisfied with the recommendations I've received and the performance of the machines. I continue to find Computer 1's expertise to be refreshing, my sales experience respectful, and the solutions they provide are top of the line.

DO NOT trust this company to setup your business. We spent thousands having them setup our wireless network...after 6 months of CONSTANT problems I hired a competitor and they resolved the issue in a day. Computer One sold us off brand, HORRIBLE routers that I wouldn't trust in a home, let alone a business. They constantly had to be rebooted to work....if you call that "working". They were grossly overpriced and they wouldn't refund the thousands in setup costs. I wish I spent more time reading the reviews before hiring this operation. They're a joke!

They say dogs are man's best friend but technology is a frenemy. (I don't know who said that, maybe Abraham Lincoln.) My external hard drive decided to present an emotional challenge this summer. I was truly at my wits end, but when I entered the Computer 1 doors I was greeted by a gentleman who provided me with the time to share my plight and, with no promises, provided me with the options to hopefully address my dilemma. The genuine interest and time that their staff spent with me decreased much of my anxiety and in the weeks to come, the phone calls offering updates, affirmed that I made the right choice to bring my business to this establishment. The results - success! I highly recommend Computer 1, James made my frenemy moment a lot less stressful.
