Internet is unbelievably slow. Customer service is horrendous. For 3 years I begged for a new modem. Finally got one and it was no better. I asked to speak to a supervisor for 3 years over 50 calls never got a callback ever. I was told they had no local customer service number. Switched to another company. And before I get the obligatory we do our best no you don't.

First off, it's very important to remember this is Cableone, they just rebranded. Same horrible service, same often randomly dropped internet, and likely dropped internet at peak usage times. There is a reason why when Midco came to the area they lost ao very many customers. Dialup is literally a better option.

So do all the internet tech support reps just sit there all day, telling people to reboot their routers? Every time I call to troubleshoot an unstable WIRED internet connection, all the reps I've talked to just instruct the customers to reboot their routers. They never instruct the customer to log into the router, to change any settings.

theres always some problem and its random and when i call its on me.... change my routers everything and im using the eero and i hate it.... but i dont dare call again because of my last experience with the over the phone staff... feels like im constantly throttled everything lags i pay for 1gig and it dont feel like im getting it!!!

Internet stopped at 10 pm, tried the usual unplug it plug it back in. Then tried calling the 24/7 line. Got through to someone the first time she confirmed that if we got disconnected she could call my number back only to hang up on me and not call me back. So I called again they picked up and sat for a couple mins I said hello and then hung up on me again. Thank god I have a hotspot. And if I could get a different provider I would. I wouldn't recommend them. So tomorrow I get to try to call again and see if they will exchange the modem that apparently isn't working. Hoping they don't charge me for that now.

Be careful they keep raising your bill and when you call to find out why they keep raising your bill they just hang up on you!! Will Change review if fixed! Was hung up on by the loyalty department of all places.... *****edit***** THEY MADE THINGS RIGHT!!! The supervisor and the worker actually work together to take care of me and everything worked out great they actually lowered my bill thank you very much Sparklight

Switched to Sparllight hoping for cheaper service. That's exactly what I'm getting.. Keeps disconnecting from modem. Takes 3 hours to watch a 1 hour program because I disconnect 20 times and need to reconnect. Turning out to be a joke of a company.

I bought my own modem. They set it up and even stayed with me while I made sure it worked on some of my devices. The technician was not only kind and patient but very helpful and explained things in a way I could understand. I strongly recommend Sparklight.
