Voxtelsys is an excellent company to do business with. During the signup and initial configuration of our SIP trunks, I encountered a few issues on our end and reached out for support. Their responses were both timely and extremely helpful. We successfully configured our new SIP trunks and began transitioning from our old provider without any hitches. Everything has been working flawlessly since. Several months later, we faced another issue. Once again, their response was prompt and highly effective. This particular issue was related to security, as a third party attempted to cause disruptions. Their initial response to our support request was outstanding. They thoroughly understood the situation and provided clear guidance and actionable steps to remediate the problem. To my pleasant surprise, Zachary followed up a few days later to ensure everything was resolved on our end. I greatly appreciate their timely and helpful responses. It saves me a significant amount of time, a valuable resource, and allows me to return to my non-IT responsibilities more swiftly.

We started using Voxtelesys 3 years ago for our SIP trunking and couldn't be happier with all aspects of the service. Call quality is superb compared to other providers and having used many other vendors who have a noticeable delay (walkie talkie), Voxtelesys has ZERO delay. Their uptime has been 100% in the last 3 years. We like them so much, we've been moving clients away from local carriers in favor of Voxtelesys SIP trunks as the cost is far less expensive. Porting has been a breeze and in the slim chance I need to call their support, everyone I've worked with has been outstanding. Great work Vox!!
