These guys are on it. I mean anytime I might have had the slightest of issue or just a question, they're on top of it. Friendly, easy to speak to, (no language barrier) and very very helpful. If you are thinking about Midco, didn't bother. You should just get the service. They are amazing!! Great job guys!!!!

Midco in Minot was great while I had it. Until I moved out of state and called them to disconnect my service. I was charged a full months and a few days worth of service when I left more than half way through. The company stated we called them and somehow got disconnected and never established a termination date and they called back to confirm, which is a bunch of BS. We never got a call back on that day looking through our phone logs. We confirmed with the representative on the phone that our service is to be disconnected and they never followed through but put the blame back on the customer. Immoral and thieving. @Bryan W. That's how we contacted you in the first place and got that lack of support as stated above. How else is Midco going to rectify the situation?

Terrible service at Country Inn in Minot ! Desk lady called and we got service- none in morning again!

I moved apartments and before i did i called the sales person at midco about moving my services. He says we can move it anytime, confirmed the new apartment had midco services a week ago and just needs to turn it on. What this person forgot to mention is that our dear hardworking sales team does not work on weekends and has no afterhours rotations for people that move on the weekend because why would anyone move on the weekend. Absolutely ludicrous right. Even more hilarious is that support cant move your services. I work in the tech industry and let me just say everyone knows midco is terrible. Businesses use midco cause they poured money into buying infrastructure and they are basically one of the few upstream providers for enterprise networking but they have no idea how manage a large and scaling network. Thats why they have constant outages, their technicians are actually basically one step below best buy's geek squad or an Apple genius and their "support" is just there to tell you that there is nothing they can do. Their only there to reboot your device remotely and when that doesnt work they say oh there is an "outage" in your service area. Usually if customers facing support is this bad you know they are rotten all they way at the top too.

Service can be spotty, and if you are late in a bill they will be very persistent with calling you asking when your bill is going to be paid otherwise service will be cut off. We just moved and unfortunately I didn't get both their names, but Courtney was very professional and pleasant. They had to re wire our house from the outside and did so without complaint. All in all I would recommend midco. My husband was able to set up our last house with no problem after we created an account for service with them.

Internet constantly cuts out multiple times a week and I've called and called about this but they always tell me that they aren't detecting the issue or that it's fine now, and it never gets fixed. I'm paying 80$ a month for high quality Internet and I don't get to use it every other night for like half an hour or longer at a time.

Midco wants me to buy a new modem for 256. I have bought my modem and paid my bill on time for nearly 10 years. What did I do wrong? After this conversation my wi-fi went flat, slow as hell . So Midco resorts to extortion, buy this modem or get dial up speed. Everyone should fight this utility and form a class action suit, I want my 10 years back
