This was the first host migration I've ever done that I'd call enjoyable. Websavers did, and continue to deliver everything their website said they would. The migration of our four sites was rapid and clean. We were actually downgrading from a VPS service with Godaddy, to a shared hosting with Websavers, yet we find page response times as fast or faster. Support through their on-line ticket process is comprehensive and rapid, and more satisfying than trying to deal over the phone. The Plesk server & site management system appears to be at least equally capable as CPanel, yet feels more modern and fresh. We did have issues with email - entirely due to faults in our own client apps - yet their people helped us with the diagnostics to resolve our issues. Both inbound and outbound mail service is outstanding. I'm thrilled. Seriously, that's not hyperbole. I truly am thrilled. Websavers prices are competitive with other web hosting services, yet behind the door you discover you've stumbled on a concierge level web hosting & service that in my experience is hard to find anywhere else, at any price.

I decided to check out Websavers when my hosting plan was due for renewal because their price was considerably lower than what I'd been paying. What a GREAT decision it was! Right from the start, Jordan and Allen were there, answering my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. They completed the transfer of my domains quickly and instilled confidence in me that I could handle what I needed to do. I highly recommend giving them a shot!

World Class Support! I have used Websavers for both myself and numerous clients under my consulting care for years. It's important to me that customer support is fast and empathetic. Websavers' team always go above and beyond to troubleshoot, explain what's going on, and offer alternative solutions when needed. That they're a Nova Scotian company with servers in Montreal is an added bonus for brands looking for Canadian suppliers. I am disclosing that I am an affiliate for Websavers. But that's because as a web conversion consultant, I've dealt with over 20 different shared and VPS hosting companies (sometimes 5x the size and cost of Websavers), and it's no contest when it comes to customer service.
