Without my mentor at SCORE, I would not have been able to start my small business as quickly or efficiently. My mentor was truly a treasure trove of information and suggestions and I even received some referrals from him, which was an amazing bonus. Ten years later, we still keep in touch.

SCORE has been so helpful to my business. My mentor, Anne Kasdin has guided and challenged me to build a solid foundation for my small business. She works with me with website, social media, links and keywords, meta descriptions, and how to understand the cost. It is truly an eye opener for me and I'm so grateful for this service.

I discounted the benefit of using SCORE when I started out in my business. My mentor was teaching me how to calculate the overhead for my business. I wished I paid better attention and understood what I needed to succeed. I have stayed with SCORE either way thru the years and truly see the value it offers. I am looking forward to being studious and working with a new mentor to grow my business.

SCORE has been a great resource for me, and I have yet to take advantage of many of it's offerings. One of the greatest benefits they provided me was that of a business mentor. They pair you with someone who has experience in the area(s) that you need help. They also offer free workshops. I plan to make use of many things that I have not had time to in the upcoming months. SCORE is an incredible resource to those who are starting a business or looking to scale their business. I started my business thanks to SCORE mentors I was able to learn what I was doing wrong and what I needed to do to make my business be successful. I can't thank them enough for guidance over the years.

I was fortunate enough to attend some of their workshops. The talks were lively, interactive and really get a chance to learn. Then I had a chance to meet one-on-one with a mentor who gave very good advice, which I took, and plan to set-up more appointments for guidance on opening up my own business.

I've used a SCORE mentor multiple times. The coaching was useful for thinking through problems especially in early part of starting business. I found lots of value in my coach. The best part aside from the guidance, was having accountability. I said I'd do it so I did. As I moved forward I didn't need them as much. I learned how to figure my own problems and find solutions. I do recommend using a coach, especially if you are venturing into new territories in an existing business or a new business venture.
