Poor experience. Was guaranteed first page results. After 8 plus months and not much improvement I made a change. Their service is very poor. Many times I would have to send multiple emails and wait for weeks to get simple changes made, but what bothered me the most was Jack's attitude and tone. Not a customer oriented person. I checked morning and evenings with key words and just never got the first page results promised. I thought guaranteed meant that if they didn't produce I would get my money back? I only demanded 25% of the 4K I paid this guy. As I anticipated, He never responded to my email stating that I was discontinuing his services and asking for a meager 25% refund. Live and learn! UPDATE: Several terms on Page one? I checked morning and night for 8 months with all the keys words my customers would use! Nothing on first page EVER! Who's the liar here? My review is based on FACT! YOU GUARANTEE FIRST PAGE RESULTS BUT DO NOT COME THROUGH! Then, when your customers ask for a refund you call them liars. Great business model! And your service is terrible too!

BeSearched seems to have a broad knowledge of Internet advertising. They always have good ideas for our site to get more exposure. Support calls are quickly returned and the staff is friendly to deal with. Our website now has a visible tie-in with Google's site ratings system. Ad campaign performance statistics are provided to me when requested. We get guidance on optimizing ads for our Facebook page. Mainly, our Google ranking has really improved! the built a site because they claimed they could do a much better job than my current website. they guarantee first page google, bing, and yahoo before 90 days! FAIL!!! asked for a refund which they claim they will do. FAIL!! JACK HAMILTON basically didnt have the money to refumd me the 3,000 he took from me. Now i am filing suit!! They could even get in the first four pages of any of the search engines. FAIL. on contract it states there is a refund, ya right. these guys are a couple hillbillies that dont know how to run a business or navigate a computer. I called after 90 days since i had an alert on my phone of the deadline. Jack the guy running the "show" didnt even remember the site. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!! SCAMMERS.
