CTMS worked diligently for months to get a phone issue resolved for us. Jon continually pushed with our providers IT and phone systems IT support to get to the bottom of our issue. It was resolved and I was kept in the loop the entire time. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
I used the chat feature and Brooke answered immediately. I was having problems pulling reports from CDK so she tried troubleshooting the issue. The problem was more in depth so she contacted CDK and had then remote into my computer to find the remedy. Even the CDK tech had difficulties fixing the issue right away but eventually they figured it out and the problem was fixed. I appreciate Brooke's help in contacting CDK immediately to address the issue. The entire process only took about an hour but there was no back-n-forth on the phone or delay in getting it fixed.
