We arrived at 630, store closes at 8. The black guy with the meta glasses, didn't want to set up a phone because by the time he got to us it was 7:50pm. So he lied and said there were none of the phone I wanted. In any color, (4) in any size (2). And he wanted to order it, so he could still get commission after purposefully screwing off with the people he helped before us to buy time to store closing. Ordering a phone is faster than setting one up in store for an employee but they still get commission. I said no, I'll order it myself. What phones do you have here, he said we'll what do you want. Wanted the s25 ultra but you said you dont have it? Then he comes from the back "Oh it's the last one it was in the wrong place" Then tried to tell me I have to pay off the most expensive phone currency financed, instead of the one attached to my line. Which I dont. He didnt like that I was annoyed he was intentionally buying time to get to store closing while my baby screamed in my arms for a hour and a half, and didn't want to take the time to get me a phone set up. So I had to add a line to leave with a phone after my battery exploded in mine.

Tried to call up to the store and see if I could return an Internet modem, but the phone number doesn't work.
