I am giving them a one star review because that is the lowest choice possible. We've been without internet for four days. I have called and emailed multiple times each day trying to secure an appointment with a technician. An appointment was scheduled on day three between 12-4. When the tech did not show up, I called for an update. I was told, I don't know....I don't know when they will be out. I don't know if they will reschedule. I don't know if and when they will contact you. I asked if they had any sort of internal communication to double check the status of my ticket, they didn't know. Eventually I received a text that I needed to call them to reachable since the tech ran out of time. When a tech finally did arrive they changed the modem and left. We still don't have internet. I call in for a tech to come back and I was told it will be next week. If you have any other option for Internet in your area, do not use GloFiber. We were forced into this contract when our previous provider sold out to them. We have repeated outrage and their customer service is horrible. Save yourself the trouble and take your business anywhere else.

If you can avoid it, do not do business with this company. 5 months after cancelling my account in their office I received a notification via text from a collection agency saying I owed $40.84. Never received a bill, paper or email. Nothing.

Tech installed a new modem due to replace the old modem because it was dropping connection from time to time. The new modem was installed Saturday morning. when the tech left we attempted to connect our devices but there was no internet to connect to. I called in to report and get tech back to fix it. After sleeking with someone they said that doesn't sound right and it could be a wiring issue , didn't send a tech back out. I tried every wiring option with only a few port it can connect to. called monday they said they will have a tech out Tuesday morning, then turned to 12-4 then turned out he just didn't show up There go to is we got a hold of dispatch but dispatch couldn't get ahold of the tech or we wasn't able to get ahold of dispatch. i asked if i can get dispatch's number so i can just call them directly with their reply "we don't have that number " with my response "oh the number you just called you don't have?" I don't have Cell service at the house so i have to go few miles down the road. i have made that clear and they always said well we will have them call you... as if they didn't comprehend my last statement.

I had horizon for 2 yrs my bill has never been over $140 a month now.since it's become glo- fiber my bills has been over $220 wtf I have the same services nothing has changed so why is my account so high think it's time to look for another provider and when calling in used to never have to wait with horizon now I have to wait 10 min plus everytime I call in totally BS

This is a review of the customer service experience. At the time of writing this I have been without internet for six days and still counting. Everytime I've contacted Glo Fiber they say we'll send a tech out in the afternoon hours, as requested, they send one in the morning. I work so I can't be there, which I informed them of multiple times. I call to let them know, they push me back to another "1 to 2 business days" to do the same thing. I've even left my number on the door just in case a technician shows up. Long story short...best Internet speed in my area but absolute abysmal customer service/support.

Really bad server from the get-go called that they would come on the first time and they never showed up I had to wait two more days in the internet went out now I got to wait 3 more days maybe longer not looking good should have stayed with spectrum at least they are faster fixing the problem these cable companies want to charge more money but the service is bad The government should do something about it

This shit ass company changed my bill by 30 bucks a month. And I have BASIC cable and internet...local channels only. $92 bucks a month after I was paying $66? Sorry BLOW FIBER, I'll be cancelling my account next month.

Terrible customer service. I called their customer service to report super slow internet speeds and was on hold for almost 20 minutes waiting for a technician that never came. Crappy internet and crappy customer service and they do not care because they know alot customers around have no where else to go for internet.
