121 did an excellent job on our Magento customization's. We originally only needed one customization, and purchased one of their packages. I feel I have to point out that 2 other development companies failed to find and remedy the situation over a couple months time, so we were relatively wary. Not only did they find the issue, fix it and modify it for future adjustments in the backend, but they did it in 4 HOURS! Leaving us with 19 hours to utilize their services. Which we quickly were able to do. One of the benefits that greatly swayed us into trying out 121 was the fact that their packages do not expire. I am not sure if they offer it to everyone but this was awesome to us and a huge benefit. You can use the time as you see fit, when you see fit.
