I was very skeptical about the service DigitalC was providing under the Canopy name. Promising 100/100 service through the air is a tall task but the price was to hard to pass up. So we did the deal and had Canopy installed. The entire experience was professional and prompt. I had a 4 hour window in the morning for installation and the installers showed up at 8:30 am. Very fast install. I think it took one hour and I was connected. The service is great and really helps out my monthly budget in these times of high inflation. James was awesome. He had to do a total setup because it was poorly done the first time. He even helped bringing my groceries in after having to leave to get more equipment. His service was above and beyond. He fell in the mud, which I'm so glad he's safe and unharmed. I truly appreciate him and his team. Other techs came to help out which was also great to see. Black men working together, showing my sons what hard work within our community looks like. I can say that I appreciate the experience that my family and I got to see today with Canopy. Getting Canopy internet could not have been any easier. Signing up for the free installation was hassle free. My installer Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, and got everything done in the scheduled time. So far our service has been fast and reliable. Best of all, the price cannot be beat!

Recently Steve assessed and upgraded my home as well as the home of my in-laws. In both cases he did a great job of keeping us informed and answering all of our questions! Installation was fast, and utilized existing cable holes from current providers. Overall great experience so far and I definitely recommend!

VERY happy with Digital C internet service and we are mighty glad that we gave it a try. From the fabulous a smooth installation to the snappy fast service! We have had it a few weeks now and the wifi is outstanding. 18$ a month is unbeatable for price. Get it if you are on the fence! So grateful!

I love this internet service ! Very affordable, I have four devices hook up so far and it doesn't go slow at all. This service came in handy when I first moved in to my apartment and got a flyer for it. I couldn't be more happier with this internet. My only complaint was last year every time it rained heavy my WiFi would go out. Luckily it would come back on before I needed to schedule someone to come out.
