Had service with Metalink for around or over 8 years, which is a 5g wireless internet. We moved 15 miles to the west in July of 2024, (after having Metalink for over 8 years). They stated that we could still get 100Mbps service at our new address. Service was hooked up at new address in July of 2024 but was completely unreliable, disconnecting every 15 minutes or so and could not get over 20Mpbs most of the time. Tech came out a week or two later (if memory serves me as this has been months ago now) and replaced original receiver and tech noticed service was "a little strange". After new receiver was installed, Tech stated to call if the issue continued. Still having the exact same issues. Called again and Techs came out again a week or two later. Tech moved receiver around and stated that he isn't sure why we are having signal issues and again stated its strange. Tech than stated that I would have to wait until the new tower was installed in 3 or 4 months and then I may get a good signal! I called Metalink to disconnect service around August of 2024 as it was completely unreliable and I am not getting the speeds they agreed too. The lady told me they would have to come out again before they would wave a early termination fee, this would make it a third time and going on a month of issues. I stated I have been with you for over 8 years, there shouldn't be a early termination fee. She stated that because I accepted their new pricing plan that that locked me into another 3 years. I don't remember ever hearing of this or agreeing to this, and I told her this. She also stated that they wanted to try changing the cable from the splice box to the house as that was the only thing left they could replace. I stated a new company installed 400Mbps service and that cable is still in use and we are having no issues with this other company, and that it has to be Metalink's signal, and even their Tech stated the same thing. She than hung up on me. I noticed as soon as she hung up, that I could not access my emails from their service at all and without warning that I would not be able to. No letters, or messages since August of 2024, and today 4/14/2025, we received a overdue notice and a threat to send to collections. I do not believe I should have to pay for early termination as Metalink could not provide a reliable service and wanted to continue dragging out Tech visits after the techs said it was their signal and nothing they could do. I was not willing to wait and pay for 3 or 4 months of unreliable service and then may or may not get better after the new tower was installed as they said there was a lot of trees between my house and the new planned tower.

We were told what our monthly cost would be, but we didn't know until we were billed for the first full month and locked into a two-year contract that our bill was way more than we were quoted. I called and talked to one of the employers, and they said we would have been told verbally what the extra charges would have been, but we were NOT verbally told that there were extra charges on top of the monthly cost Because if we would have known, we would not have signed up. That was very frustrating and we will definitely not be continuing our service with them after our two year contract is up.

When the server works it's great. I run a bussiness and use this as a major form of communication, lately there has been alot of interpretation to service but they sure never refund or hold off taking the payment for service. Has became almost as unreliable as the company I left to come here for the same reasons

I had an internet outage due to high winds on April 3. I contacted Metalink and scheduled a technician for the next morning. The technician, Tristan, was so polite and knowledgeable. He had the internet restored and upgraded my router for me, as well. I highly recommend MetaLINK.

This is a great company to work with. Amazing internet service as well as the service received by all phone staff and installer. Very helpful, thoughtful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We just love MetaLink! For years we had farmer vision. We had about 5 channels. Husband couldn't get all of his football games. Kids couldn't stream with their gaming friends. Now we stream any show we want. We love our TV again!

Knowledgeable, friendly, great service. Changed ISP and was totally surprised with MetaLink's service and speed. Working great so far!!
