OmniSpear helped our company set up and configure, then migrate our websites onto new dedicated servers. They went above all expectations, working quickly and efficiently to accomplish this goal. The best. OmniSpear provides the perfect blend of capabilities and cost consciousness. Big or small, they do it all. I've worked with them for decades and it has always been a great, consistent experience. As a small business, we operate with minimal staffing in the office. Due to that fact, we try to streamline as much as possible, in regards to billing and receipt information, as well as any and all documentation. Our previous web host was extremely uncooperative and refused to provide invoices and receipts despite our Admin trying to get them and fix the issue since February, chasing down at least 4 people to request that information, basically over 9 months wasted. Mr. Porcha was an exceptional help in assisting us to transfer our website and email information over to their hosting, and did so in a matter of a couple of days to help us. He also sent ALL documentation including pricing, invoices, receipts and kept us in the loop the entire time. Not only was he efficient and helpful but he was even willing to mediate with said former IT company owner which was above and beyond, as the owner of that company is difficult to deal with in any capacity. We would highly recommend Omnispear, as well as James, because he has done more for us in the last 2 weeks than our former IT company has done for us in the last 15 years. He is diligent and committed. If you're experiencing nightmare service from your current company, I suggest calling Omnispear and James, then having them take over your website and hosting issues. You will not be disappointed.
