Service works, people are friendly. Local people in my area if I have to call. Could be slightly cheaper but I support local. No major problems that have affected my service. Installer was kind and took his time when setting up service and explaining the app.

Just go with a different WiFi company I put it on autopay for the last idk 3 years and for reason autopay never goes through my card is never locked makes no sense so my service gets shut off about every other month then I have a extra high bill with extra fees and I've paid a reconnect fee of 25$ at least 20 times. Literally annoying af and ridiculous just go with AT&T I had no problems with them lmao

We have had Massillon Cable for at least 30 years. Up until recently I have always told people they were amazing and that even though I knew they were expensive, they were local and worth it. Now, our cable goes out in the middle of a program or movie at least twice a week. Most of the time it's later at night and no one is around to help till morning, which is no help at all. Absolutely disgusted with their service. Compared to past years it's like a different company altogether. Horrible.

I have lived in several different states, and this is by far the biggest rip off. Wanting $80 a month for 200 mbps? Really? I was getting 1 GBPS with spectrum for $70 a month in one area and i was getting 500 mbps for $60 in another previously. What a joke. And of course they have a monopoly and are the only providers available so you don't have a choice

To have a 2.6 star rating is terrible... Massillon cable more like Assillon cable.. Talk about a city of champions when these guys are chumps been using a hot spot for the longest the speed you go with doesn't matter at all they just charge you more they will be out of business soon enough can't wait that will be the day my smile will be so big

If I could give a negative star I would. This company is terrible. They do not care about their customers at all. I signed up a year ago and have had nothing but problems. First they sent a tech out to hook up my wifi while the tech was there I get a call from the office telling me that they had to run line down the road and that someone should have called but on top of paying the tech and install fees I had to pay an additional $500 because they had to run line down the hill. They also do not off auto pay and charge $3.50 per month to send you a bill to force people to go paperless then turn around and charge late fees when you thought it was on auto pay. When I went online I couldn't find how to set it up when I called they said I have to come to the main office to set up auto pay. This company is a joke they do not communicate with each other let alone their customers. They have so many hidden fees and charges it is not worth the headache. I wish someone had told me to run before I ever signed up with them. TERRIBLE COMPANY..... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE......

1st of all to the person that said these people must be incompetent...shut your mouth......Just because nobody agrees with you doesn't mean they're idiots. I'm thinking you are. We've had bad service on our end for 2 years and there isn't anyone that we can get unless we pay over $100 a month for satellite. (Family has MCTV 1.5 miles away and they have Great service. But they also have new fiber optic lines so who knows) We get the same comments from MCTV. "Looks good on our end" we even had a tech here seeing what's happening and they want to blame our router (it's brand new and not theirs) they had us using old ones and charged us (said they were free) but surprise when we gave them back our internet went down $20. We have software that monitors the internet and some days it's ok but other days horrible. They want to replace a jumper cable that was replaced a few months ago. They know they have everyone because nobody else is in the area. You might want to report them. I will with the logs I have since beginning of Nov 2024. So goody 2 shoes how about keeping your opinion to yourself.

I do not have tv service with MCTV, but I do have phone, internet, and security thru them. I emailed them about a late fee on my statement, and later that same night I got a phone call confirming that my auto pay should cover the bill, no late charge should be incurred, and it would be taken off my bill. Next day I got another phone call from them assuring me that this charge was not to be there and would be removed. They really jumped on this! I appreciate that. The few service calls I have had over the last 20 some years that I've used MCTV have been awesome, and I have NO complaints. Thank you for your prompt, and courteous service! Another plus that I've used with MCTV was the computer service; I had clicked a bad link and gotten a virus. I took my laptop in and they fixed it up within 3 days at a super low price! That is worth a lot in these days, and I also appreciate that service!
