The New Albany Company has been great to our dealership. They allowed for us to install our demo unit on the property we rent from them, and provided the gravel foundation at no cost to us. An incredible team of professionals who care about their tenants and upholding an elite reputation within the property management industry. Brian, Margie, and Marla are just a few team members that deserve high praise.

I've been a tenant of The New Albany Company since 2019 and have lived in a number of their rental properties. Their team (Brian, Margie, and Marla to name a few) are second to none. They're extremely professional, personable, and responsive to all questions, requests, and suggestions. I would highly recommend The New Albany Company to anyone in search of a rental home!

This company was absolutely amazing. I can't put into words what they mean to me. I am forever grateful for all they have done. Margie is one of the most thoughtful, understanding and accommodating realtors I've ever met. She always went over and beyond the call. Brian ALWAYS was on top of things. He was prompt, not only on answering calls; but, he also always was on top of anything that needed attention. The staff at the office was sincere and always friendly (with a smile). Brian and Margie are the absolute best. They're professional and kind and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with them during our time as their tenants. Any problem that arose was addressed promptly. I cannot stress enough how amazing these two are! Thank you for everything!

This company is absolutely horrible. They purchased the home I rented for 5 years. They gave me 30 days to leave and I told them I needed a bit more time. On the 30th day, they changed locks illegally. They did not post a 3 days to vacate, they did not go through the county bayliff or sheriff to file an eviction. They have thrown my families belongings into dumpsters. In fact, they threw our belongings into dumpsters the day that they illegally changed the locks. A week after changing the locks, they backtracked and offered us a key and then they gave us a 3 days notice to vacate (after we sent a formal letter that we have already vacated) Franklin county sheriff had to come 3 times to get them to stop throwing our belongings away. Also, Brian Hassan had things saved in boxes that he was taking of ours. He also had a trailer full of boxes that very well could have been belongings. This company is unprofessional and they do not follow the law. They think they are above the law. It is illegal to change locks without filing a formal eviction. It is inhumane to trash a families personal belongings after illegally Changing locks. Hard to even give the one star to this company!

Bill Ebbing and Jack Kessler welcomed both my business and my family to the city as if we were family. New Albany is wonderful place to live, work, and play!

Awesome people and such a blessing to my wife and I. May the Lord keep them in His care.

They can't even answer a simple email asking about development on one of the properties they own.
