Intech always provide excellent and prompt service. They have maintained my systems for years.

We purchased our phone system from Intech 3 years ago. The equipment is great and their service is excellent. Any question or issue I've had over the years, they have responded quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them.

Over the years, the IT support has been great - efficient and effective. I am always able to connect to a live person when I call in. This year I had an off hours emergency -they got me up and running and saved my event. Recently I needed to relocate my entire office internet switch and patch panel. They handled the project quickly and without hassle. I will continue to use them for service and sales.

I had an issue with my email in Outlook. I called InTech, talked with Chris. He was patient, knowledgeable, calm and efficient. We needed to arrange for a second call to give him time to work on the problem. He called back in the time he said and I was able to share my screen with him and get the problem solved.
