Photo quality was okay, but the time it took for them to deliver our wedding videos was horrendous. It took more than 8 months when the contract specified at most 6 months. Also, their communication is terrible and we would consistently not receive responses when working with them. We were also promised drone footage but did not receive the majority of it. I highly recommend finding a different photographer/videographer for your wedding/event.

My sister has been trying to get her speech's and first dance footage for 11 months now. She's offered to compensate them for it if needed and there's seems to be zero communication between the owner and his employees. The highlight film turned out really nice and she is overall happy with it but we don't understand why the owner isn't following through. That footage is important to her and they are paying customers. Can the owner please resolve this?

Back in August, I had my wedding ceremony. I requested photography and videography and they gave me that and then some! They worked with us with making our day special and were very personable. We put it together a week prior and they were excited to take part in our wedding at short notice. Impressed and will refer them to everyone that needs someone to help them capture their memories. I highly suggest getting both photos and video to capture every moment to look back on with years to come.

I have been debating for almost 3 years if I was going to post a review. I tried reaching out to EIF one last time, and was met with no response. This is something that has not sat well with me for years, so I decided it was time to say something. I would like to point out leading up to the wedding, Erick was really great at trying to help us stay within our budget, and work with our timing. The crew he sent us, and how Erick handled the situation afterwards, however, was not great. One of our biggest issues was that they somehow did not record my vows. The bride's vows. They recorded my husband's, but not mine. Out of all the things to capture, the vows are the most important, so this was extremely upsetting. The highlight video was not well done (this was acknowledged by Erick and Ilmir too), because the people who were working our wedding were somewhat new hires. We were told they were let go shortly after this. When I initially reached out, Erick was very understanding and apologetic for the issues I mentioned. He offered to redo the video for us, and would search for any other footage he could find. He also offered to do an anniversary video, and photoshoot for us. I was very appreciative, and said that a redo video would be great. When I inquired about the status of the video (he said he would get it done by our one year anniversary) he said they were "still working on it." As we continued communicating by email, he began mentioning needing new footage for the anniversary video, when my understanding was that he would just use the footage he already had, and make a nicer edit than the one we previously received. The anniversary video that he promised, and the redo video were separate videos, and I didn't initially realize that. When we spoke on the phone, he said he would redo the video with the footage they had, and would get that to us by our anniversary (which is all we really wanted). However, when we began emailing about the video, he seemed to have forgotten about the redo video, and only remembered the anniversary video. I saw that we were not on the same page, so I tried calling, and asked him to call me when he had a moment to make sure we were on the same page. No response. Erick eventually told me that he did have personal/work situations going on (after unanswered emails and voicemails for a month) and I was empathetic and said I understood. He told me that he was busy/had personal issues, and Illmir was "trying to get everything clear before the holidays" so that was why he wasn't responding to me either. He told me his personal situation would be cleared up in about a month, I said ok and that I would follow up then. I was in no rush for the video, I just wanted to make sure we were on the same page, and that we would not be forgotten. I waited longer to reach out than the month he mentioned (just so he would have more time to handle that situation), and still got no response. I sent one last email to them almost two weeks ago, going over what I felt I was promised, giving clarification if there was any confusion on why I was reaching out, and asking for some resolution. No response. It is extremely unprofessional to ignore a customer, even a past customer. I tried to be empathetic to their personal and work situations that arose, despite me feeling like I was a burden/being ignored/not cared about. There were plenty of opportunities for the situation to be resolved on their end, whether it was picking up one of my calls and asking for clarification on what exactly I wanted, or responding to one of my many emails. Ignoring someone would not be the correct response. It feels like they said "hey we got paid so who cares if we ignore her now." Ultimately, I would not recommend EIF. We did not get the quality of service we were promised, and I was ignored by this company when I tried to follow up on something that they promised me that they would do.

I had hired Erik and his assistant to do photography and video of a small elopement at Hartwood Acres. Our pictures were amazing and I was so so pleased with my experience. I'll definitely be hiring them again.

The team was patient with our questions and with our last-minute changes in script and video. They thoroughly researched and solved the issues we had with our streaming platform. E.I.F.
