Haven't had any issues with their business fiber service. Dealing with their Account Executives is a nightmare though. It took months to get the paperwork done to even get service started. After that, if you want any little change to your service you have to hound them for weeks, sometimes months. I spend more time managing Buckeye's employees than I do my own. I'd probably give their service 4 stars if it wasn't for the Account Executives.

Spoke to couple custumer service members and they said they will call back to get a new phone system for our business. No one called,I called again and a lady said they will call you within an hour and still 12 hours later no call back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Signed up with buckeye VOIP phone service at my business in July 2017. Waited to write a review because I wanted to wait a few months to be sure service was what I expected. From the sales process to the IT department I am 100% satisfied. Buck Brothers Asphalt is proud to say we use Buckeye.

Nothing personal to this specific location but buckeye telesystem as a whole is a joke. Never had an issue with the internet service for years! But now all of a sudden the modem "went bad" from what buckeye says, so we had to exchange it for a new 5g modem back in April of 2018. The day we took it home and installed. We called right away to activate it. Tech was awesome and helpful and had us up and running within 20min. All was good for about a week and then it went out 3-4 times a day. WiFi was dropping constantly. Called spoke to tech,who was always nice and polite to have it reset. They did what ever they do on their end but never fixed the situation. So we were told to unplug it for 30seconds then plug it back in. Well I'm not doing this 3-4 times a day. Called back they sent a third party out to move the modem from basement to first level, that did not fix the problem. Kept calling daily waiting for a supervisor to call back, never did, to this day July 30th 2018 have not received a call back. Tech came out to move the outside box and re ground the outside wire for internet, that didn't help either. Still unplugging and resetting modem daily 3-4 times.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Been down for over 24 hrs! Had to replace my cable modem yesterday afternoon. Was supposed to be a 5 min call to activate it. Now 30 hours later they still can not get my phone running. Some issue with their "switch". But they quit work at 5pm, so I enter my 2nd night with no phone service. My internet is only working because I told tier 2 support (the "good"??? techs) what to do. Very un professional organization. they DO NOT care about the customer (or I would have a working phone lat night). And pretty much incompetent at supporting their own systems. BTW: I did IT support for 40 years so I know how it should be done. I would never a customer down at 5pm. I'd stay all night (and did) to get them up and running. Total BS.

Quick and Easy to renew our services! Andrew Simpson is very timely and responsive. Glad to keep the relationship going!
