I had an amazing experience with this business. They were kind, courteous, and swiftly helped me out with my laptop problem. I have been to quite a few computer repair stores but this one is my favorite. Great service and the price was extremely fair! I can't recommend them enough. For future computer repair needs, I'll definitely return.

I brought my mother's laptop computer to gearbox because it wouldn't turn on. I was greeted by both owners who were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I met both the owners who are very kind and wanted to listen to me even though I was stuttering and stammering over my words. They had the computer ready for me the next day, and the price was so reasonable outstanding work on their part. Highly recommend and, if needed, will definitely go back to them. I highly recommend Gear Box to everyone.

My laptop is my livelihood - it is also my pride and joy - I LOVE my Asus. As a business owner, having my computer down for even a day is costly in time, energy, and money. My laptop is only 2 years old, so when it wouldn't boot and all I had was a black screen, I panicked. I took my baby into Gear Box Computers - and got it back that day in perfect condition! I had an unusual request of repairing the connection on my Electric Keyboard and they had it ready the next day! Paul & Maria were both personable, and professional. They charged a very fair price for their work and included a one year warranty at no additional charge! I would recommend this store to anyone in the area with tech needs

TLDR: Great prices, kind and courteous owners, and speedy repair times equal a business that I feel like you can actually trust. I highly reccomend. Let me start off by saying that I feel like there's an inherit mistrust to any repair service, whether it be for a car, a computer, or something else. So when I needed my PC repaired, and I found myself with a lack of time to do it myself. I took a chance and went to Gearbox. I've never met more kind and professional individuals than the people who run this store. They explained every step of the process they took, from diagnostics to actual repair. Their prices? Extremely reasonable and competitive, especially when you keep in mind that inherit mistrust of other service providers.. I very rarely leave reviews on the places I visit, but gearbox was such a pleasant surprise that I felt it would be unfair to them If I didn't atleast leave a review. I needed a trustworthy company to fix my computer, the prices were good, drop off was simple, pick up was a breeze and they were pretty dang speedy as well. In a world of shady repair places staffed with unfriendly people, Gear Box is a gem. The people who run it are great. The services they provide are excellent. I highly reccomend.

Paul and Maria are some of my favorite people to do business with. They are nicest, friendliest people and they're super helpful. Paul absolutely knows his way around computers and other electronic gadgets. He's able to come up with solutions that others can't or charge a lot more money to perform. Gearbox computers are so good, I've recommended them to friends who live outside of the area because I believe they're better than anyone in the business.
