Closet Factory

I have used Misty and Closet Factory for several projects in our home, and have always been very satisfied with the professionalism that the whole team has shown. Misty took the time to understand exactly what I needed and designed beautiful closets and laundry spaces. The workmen who have come have always been professional, skilled, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the service I have received and will definitely be using them in the future .

I have been dreaming of a wall closet system in our bedroom for years. Custom cabinetry was far too expensive. We decided to have a go with a closet system through our membership with Costco. Cindy is our designer. She helped me tweek the plans I already had for our space. The finished product is beautiful. We are completely satisfied with the entire process, start to finish. The install was completed in one day. I'm sorry I can't remember installer's name, but he was very professional and did an excellent job. There is a blemish on one of the drawers that is reordered and will be replaced as soon as it comes in. I am getting so many compliments! I LOVE my new closet! Thank you Cindy for staying on top of the process.

Misty was so professional and personable. She took exact measurements; the wall unit was a PERFECT fit, looks great and was excellent quality. Couldn't be more satisfied.

The whole experience working with closet factory was a breeze. I received three estimates they had the best prices and the best design. The carpenters arrived on time where professional answered all questions and left the space cleaner then they found it. I recommend them to anyone.

In 2006 we moved into my parents old house, built in 1968 as a summer house, so not a lot of storage space. 3 small bedrooms and one bath. We made our bedroom in the basement walk out level and set to organizing. We called Closet Factory and Anna Fitzgerald came out and showed us ways we could build closets in such a way that would not eat up our limited space. We did the project 3 years apart - first building closets in and that enabled unto get rid of the 4 dressers we were using for clothing and bring our hanging clothes downstairs into the bedroom area. Then this year we finished the project by sheet rocking and insulating the walls, replacing the carpet, and replacing the ceiling. Closet Factory came out again and we installed an entry area that gives us a place to remove "farm dirty" boots and coats and store winter/summer outdoors gear. We changed the plan several times and each time the designer took it all in stride, focusing more on what we wanted and what our goals were with the installation. The whole process started in February and by the first week of May the project was complete. From the designer, Anna, to the office staff who called to coordinate installation, to the installers who carried out the work, there was nothing but efficient professionalism. They provide you with clear instructions for preparing the room which was invaluable. The closets themselves are well made, sturdy, and easy to clean. Great experience working with Cindy to get my office designed. It was installed a few weeks later and the installer was very professional and courteous. I would definitely work with them again on another prject.
