e-Wooster Technology's The Computer Guys

I rarely do a business review; however, I wanted to post this review for the benefit of those looking for quality computer repair work at a fair and reasonable amount. I own a video production business that relies heavily on computer work. This past week one of our main computers went down. I made various calls to area computer shops, and to a greater extent became very discouraged with the lack of consideration and concern I received over the phone. Fortunately, I wound up contacting Computer Guys, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with their service and personal treatment. I spoke with Loudon (owner), and immediately I got a sense of his willingness, expertise, and commitment to assist me with resolving my computer needs and getting me back up and running in an expeditious manner. I want to point out how he went the "extra mile" to help me out; friendly and commmitted, our dialogue flowed, unlike trying to communicate with "computer geeks" who seem to speak a different language. He devoted a large amount of time on making sure that the computer was fixed and ready to go. But what he did not do was as significant as what he did do; he did not tell me in a condescending fashion that my computer was outdated and that my best (or only option) was to buy a new computer. Summarily, I highly recommend Computer Guys for any computer servicing you might need, particularly if you have an old computer. I couldn't be happier.
