I'm a current Toast.net Internet customer - and have used this service for approx 10 years now. I have never had an issue. Internet service is always stellar; there are no usage caps; auto bill pay has been flawless; my monthly billing has never increased; and the few times I've called customer service, a live person immediately answered the phone. My internet continues to go down and says connected without internet. But they want me to come Pick up another router during rush hour. All the way across town and if a technician brings it to me, they're gonna charge me for their equipment being faulty. I was with them once before, but the second time around. Oh my God, I would never again. My internet's down more than it works.Don't waste your money. Edit to your reply. That is not what your technicians told me and I have called in 3 different times don't worry, I'll be going to T-Mobile $65 a month. And I cand my kids. His father doesn't have this problem with his and I hate listening to him. That's how much i'm done with your company. Ooh, set me a new modem.No, you should be giving me money off of my monthly bill since I did not get the service.I was supposed to be provided my internet.That was down 4 5 days before and that was over the summer. And you normally give out customers information On google that's very unprofessional. Also, your technicians never said that it could be shipped to me.They just said they would charge me if someone brought it to me.I'm good.You didn't want to help when there was a problem.Why help after the fact. And now that you responded to me, I've looked through the rest of the reviews on here and you get on everybody's and tell everybody their business, who wants to be in business with a person like that? And the reason why my stuff was down for twelve hours is because you don't have 24/7 technician service. And when I called your representative said that i would be called back in a few hours on Sunday. I called back just to learn that. You guys don't even have nobody in the office until Monday to help me. So not only is it my actual internet service, it's your people too. Now, if you would like to handle this like an actual business professional, please call me otherwise. Keep my business off a public posting area. Just because you handle the situation you did.There is no way i'm staying with your company

edit: 4 days of service is $13.33. even with a $5 late fee it's $18.33 i sent the email agreeing to that amount of $13.33 not $20. only used half of the 4th before wiring was removed. i never even went after precision broadband or toast for the damage they caused to my siding during initial install. ignore top of screenshot once the pending dropped off it showed the full $105 refunded cancelled service October 4th on the 17th i was overdraft $105 with late payment fee and still no explanation of why it was taken mid way through month since service is usually just turned off. they said there was no phone records of my cancellation but didn't ask what number i called from. so i ended up cancelling my self on the 17th. lines were all ripped out on the 4th which they said no one does that, but when you install fiber they do actually do that. I'm 8 years i was never reimbursed the 20 to 30 days of not having service throughout my history with toast. I'm okay with being charged for what was used. i explained that as well via email but was reimbursed the full amount. few days later $20 came out for service used. when i DID cancel on the 4th whoever the woman was when i said i went with fiber from another company hung up on me. so that's probably why there was no phone records of my call... poor customer service for a long time user. so no id never return or promote any service you offer again. 20 years ago toast customer service was amazing when i used then for dial up and gave discounts for older people. its a shame money matters more to toast these days

Biggest scam going..... the equipment that they give is so poor that we don't have service a couple of days per week. Then these modem/ routers take at least 12 hours to reboot. Toastnet doesn't have the capability to remotely turn on the connection. So you're at the mercy of this rebuilt inadequate device. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOASTNET

I couldn't get signed up on my phone cause my phone is pretty old and I came into the office and they both Helped me and got it set up in time for my daughter to have internet so she could do homework for school Thank you ladies awesome job!!
