Absolutely abismal customer support. Arrogant. Internet started dipping to .1 download and .1 upload for 15 minute spurts every single day. Asked for our case to be escalated several times. Each time would be told we would get a call from a supervisor, big surprise, no call. After over 5 attempts. This company DOES NOT CARE AT ALL about their customers. They have no pride in their service or their product. They should be ashamed to call themselves a business. They guys on the ground who have come out to the past are absolutely wonderful and always friendly. As always the blue collar section of the company is full of good people. I cannot even come close to saying the same for the rest of the bloated middle managment and ineffective support department. Shame.

They will not repair their fiber line. I have been without internet for over a week. They claim it's fixed and then a different technician says it's not. I was excited to get fiber to my door, I will go back to Spectrum. Better to have a slower cable line compared to a non-existing fiber line.

Alot of buffering again, lately. Was offered fiber. They made appointment and told me tech would be here between 10-12 today, 26th. No call, no show. I call, they canceled appointment on 21st and couldn't tell me?! Been with them 15 yrs and need to Starr looking for a different internet provider. The 1st 8-10 yrs were REALLY bad, with no other options! Now, there are options!

Very dissatisfied with our whole experience of getting our new "Office Suite" phone system from Windstream. Not all the phones were installed when they ported us over to our new phones and now two weeks later we are still waiting on a couple extensions to even have phones. Communication from our Windstream contact people is zero with no updates on when the rest of our phones will be installed. Promises of no additional cost went out the window for they didn't come out and verify this new system would even work correctly where it was being installed. Very disappointing and aggravating. The service technicians give us more advice and information then the ladies handling our account inhouse and it should be that way.

Called on a Friday, was told I could get service out where I live, although no one could come out until Wednesday. It's Wednesday and when the service provider came, turns out they do not offer services out where I live. Customer service wasted our time and his time. The technician, Lindsey, called me at 8 am and sent a text, got here very quickly and was super, super friendly. I feel bad for the technicians when they get called out and have their time wasted. I'm only giving two stars because the technician had extremely good customer service skills. I would rate him 5 stars. Customer service should probably have a better idea of where they provide service so this doesn't happen.

This is the worst internet/phone company ever. They told me that my bill would only be 50 plus tax. Yet here I am paying 95.00 a month with all of their hidden fees. For that much I can go back to Time Warner and get cable added. The Late fees are about 27.00 a month this is outrageous. And customer support is even worse. Very nasty and will not try to work with you or even tell you where all of these fees are coming from. Very unsatisfied. Will be switching companies very soon. Do not use this company you will be very unsatisfied.
