Been with MCTV for years, just raised my bill $20!, Basic cable package That includes multiple stations not watched, Foreign stations... We'll be canceling the cable...$140+ a month for BASIC cable service is Outrageous!

Absolutely no customer service, somehow twice now they haven't been available to start a connection for 2 weeks. And don't worry if you don't have quite enough cash for their ridiculous deposit they'll make you cancel and wait another 2 weeks for service instead of collecting some of their money 3 days late.

I'm not a TV person but I went to MCTV today to update the cable boxes, remotes, etc for my wife. Ronda, I think her name is helped me out and was very pleasant. Very helpful and when I got home with all the new stuff it kept my wife busy for quite a while;) I bet Ronda puts up with a lot of upset customers. She's great kudos to her!

$25 reconnect fee says it all. If I already paid my bill, why do I have to pay an extra $25 for someone to flip a switch and turn it back on.

Great people, service works with the speeds I pay for.

Wanted to upgrade to the fiber optic internet set up the appointment to have it installed only to be called back 6 hours later to be told they cannot install it till after COVID because they are not allowed in your house that just does not make any sense to me update have been waiting over 4 months to have our fiber optic cable buried they have no update of when it will be done all they say is your on the list

Turned my WiFi off before it's due. I have 15 days till it's due and they shut it off... it's September and my bill is due in mid October. Trash ass company. So money hungry. Wait till we get another provider, you will literally lose everyone.

Tiffany is the best receptionist ! She's very knowledgeable and kind. Matt was our service guy. He is the BEST! He works very efficiently and quickly. Gets the job done well!!
