Lexington Commons

I love these apartments and highly recommend them! The staff, particularly Daphne and Brionna, are very friendly and efficient. They make you feel welcome and valued, and you can tell they care about the residents and the property/apartments. They also host apartment-wide events throughout the year for the residents to connect with each other and so the kids can play together. Community-oriented. Neighbors are nice too. The apartments are affordable, yet decent and clean, and I can have my two pets! The couple times I've needed maintenance, the maintenance people came either same day to within a business day to fix whatever needed fixed. It's also in a good location in town and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes. I've included some pictures of what the "non-upgraded" 1 bed, 1 bath looks like furnished (with my oversized furniture).

Very cute apartments and everything is fine and dandy unless you have a serious problem. Water has been leaking from my ceiling when it rains for over three months now. The staff always comes out to take pictures and they act apologetic, but it still hasn't been fixed. After I brought it to their attention the first time, they said it would be fixed in two days, but it took over a month for the roofers to come out. After that, it was still raining in my apartment from the same spots and the last time it rained on my TV and the remote no longer communicates with the TV, so I can't watch anything. When I told them it ruined my TV, they were not apologetic this time, and instead when they came to take pictures while I was out, an employee messed with the TV without my permission to try to prove it worked. Then they were condescending and told me my remote battery was dead (which it wasn't). I asked them to pay for the TV since it was ruined due to their negligence in fixing the roof, and they said they did fix it but then a storm blew the shingles off right after, so they take no responsibility. I would have given a higher rating because I like the apartments, otherwise, but the lack of care and bad attitudes are too much. Not very nice.

Lexington commons has the best rooms available in town, the complex is also in a safe part of town and near plenty of stores such as dollar general,homeland,Casey's and Walmart.They allow up to two pets per apartment,which is really nice considering most places don't take pets.

Lived here for a year, the apartment is fantastic, community is great and usually pretty quiet, and the maintenance and office workers have been very attentive whenever needed.

This place was peak.. lived here till late 2018 and Im always reminiscing about riding around on my bike hitting wheelies

These apartments are great! Dafne and Bella are extremely helpful and personable. If you are looking for a place to live, I would highly recommend visiting them!

I rented for 1.5 years before moving out of state. Lexington Commons has some of the best priced apartments in the area with all your needed amenities. Maintenance and office staff was always responsive when something was needed. No issues with the area and didn't worry about porch pirates nor car break-ins.

Lived here in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment (not townhouse) for 3 years without any major issues. Really liked the high ceilings in the living room and my personal favorite, the 'fireplace'. The landscaping around the community is very good and my bedroom patio door opened to a beautiful floral shrub. Maintenance requests are completed promptly and within 24 hours on working days. The management staff is kind, helpful, and transparent about billing and lease issues.
