Osage Casino Hotel - Bartlesville

Hands down one of the best times I've ever had!!! The staff was amazing, from the hotel to the casino, the bar, the food, you name it!! We had a wonderful time. Thank you Miss Chris (hotel), the rooms were so clean, and Mrs Teresa (casino) and the lovely manager!!!! You guys made our trip absolutely amazing! Oh and the food is cheap and soooo delicious! Try the pizza and chicken & waffles! Yum!!!

I wasn't a hotel guest. I am not a fan of Casinos. Based on places to be this place has friendly service. Service at every counter. Service cleaning unwanted trash, although their service cart is unsightly. Security service abundant. Yet it was not noticed to have waitress pushing food and drinks on its patrons. Then for folks like me, hanging out with friends that do enjoy Casinos. Where to sit while they push the buttons, pull the levers?

Do not stay here! Our room was so hot! We adjusted the thermostat and no improvement. The pool wasn't open. Horrible stay! The front staff was rude. There were things left in the fridge from previous guests. Absolutely would not recommend. Just go somewhere else.

We had a great time . The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and provided professional service. The parking is well lit and patrolled by security so that you feel safe and secure to and from your vehicle. It's a smaller casino but it it comfortable and relaxed. The bar has drink specials and it has a different selection of games some you might find new to you or different than some of the other casinos.

It's rigged it's the exact same winners. No matter what they pay times one bet no matter what you bet. They peg out who is going to win. Most machines do not work properly. You can bet one dollar but every so often the machine takes two. But already know who is winning that's why it's the exact same winners every day

The room was spacious and had a nice shower and I'm a total soak in a bath person but even at 16deg F they had the hot tub open and I got to soak my aching bones. The bed was comfy also!

I love this hotel and casino. The staff is always awesome, and the rooms are super clean. They add those special little touches that chain hotels have dropped. Bravo!!! Always a great stay.

A very unusual place. No soda fountains, low payouts and their cash machines ask for donations after you've already lost your money. Minimums are too high and food service is limited. Rooms are nice.
