The venue's modern elegance, combined with its historic charm, created an unforgettable atmosphere. Crystal was an incredible coordinator, providing exceptional guidance and support throughout our planning process. Her attention to detail and professionalism made everything seamless. We were blown away by the stunning crystal chandeliers, the convenient Airbnb suites for our families, and the luxurious accommodations at the Continent Hotel for our out-of-town guests. The all-inclusive decorations were a game-changer, allowing us to focus on enjoying our special day. The Johnstone Sare Building truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to any couple seeking a magical and unforgettable wedding experience.

Just had our wedding here on November 2nd! Such wonderful experience! Both with the staff and the venue itself! The venue is a dream and is so beautiful! We loved adding the Jewel Box Apartments on to our package! This made our weekend go so much smoother! 100% recommend working with these lovely people!

The Refinery was the perfect venue for my mother's 90th birthday. It was decorated beautifully (Christmas) and provided a quietly elegant space. During the planning process, the staff was particularly helpful thru phone calls, texts and email since I live elsewhere. I highly recommend The Refinery!

The Johnstone-Sare Building was the most gorgeous, charming historical venue for our wedding. We were able to rent both floors of the venue, along with the Jewel Box Suites. Our family members stayed in the suites with us for the wedding weekend and we had the most wonderful time together all in one building, setting up for the wedding of our dreams. I can't say enough about the staff members - they were available to us 24/7 and were so accommodating of our needs. They gave us the space to set up and do our thing, but let us know we were supported along the way. If you want a charming, warm wedding to remember forever, this is the place for you! Crystal and Duane were incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process--they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawless. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and warm, welcoming attitudes made us feel truly special. The setup was seamless, and the ambiance they helped create was magical. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting, and our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was. I based the entirety of my wedding design on this gorgeous venue and I cannot say enough good things about it. From the gorgeous chandeliers, exposed brick and beautiful tiled floors this venue truly made the day special. I also cannot thank Noah enough for her hard work and dedication to our day. This venue was the star of the show. From the gorgeous chandeliers to the exquisite tile floors, every detail was unmatched. Additionally, Crystal, Sarah and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our special requests and particular needs. We rented apartments inside for the bridal party and the bridesmaids and groomsmen were floored by the quality and convenience. With downtown close at hand, guests stayed offsite but near, enjoying the many amenities of our walkable community. If we plan another large event, we won't look elsewhere. This was THE best decision we made for our daughter's wedding.
