Wake Wireless

Very good service! I have been a customer for 7 years and they have steadily improved the whole time, never stagnating. Their service is reliable, stable, affordable, and low latency. I switched to a 20 meg connection through Wake from a 150 meg satellite ISP and I have not regretted it for a moment. Satellite service is not VPN (which is important for remote work) or real-time app (such as online gaming) friendly. I was experiencing round trip latency of TWO SECONDS and even higher, with satellite service. My worst latency with Wake was under 100 milliseconds and it is usually under 30ms. Outages with them are very rare, even in heavy storms and Wake works to resolve them quickly. I am a very happy customer!

I signed up for Wake Wireless hoping that I would have better service. I was definitely surprised by how wonderful the direct line of site this service is. Not only do they provide great internet service but they back it up with great support. Customer service is friendly and helpful and they talk to you like family when call, text or even email.

Wakewireless has provided consistently great service. I had their service for a year and then left to try Starlink. Starlink proved to be a mistake. Huge swings in data rate. After about 4 months gave up and moved back to Wake. Have been with them for two years now. Just last October they upgraded they contacted me and set an appointment to upgrade my local equipment. Along with that they lowered the price of my service plan. A few drops occasionally but no one can control the weather. Thanks Wake!

I totally forgot about this place. Now that we don't use this garbage internet service anymore I can switch my review back to 1 star. They literally shut off our service because I wrote a review about how terrible their internet and customer service is and wouldn't turn it back on unless I removed the review. At the time they were the only internet service available where I live, so I had no choice. I actually used my phones Hotspot when I could because it was faster and more reliable than wake wireless could ever dream of being. Crazy they're still in business. Avoid at all costs.

Wake Wireless has been fantastic. Great customer service. We would highly recommend them.

Staff is friendly. Service was great. Only catch, we live in the country and without cutting down all our trees, service would sometimes cut in an out. Otherwise I'd highly recommend!

We finally found a good satellite internet company with Wake Wireless. The saying "third tries a charm" applies for us trying to find satellite internet that runs fast enough for a home security systems has been challenging, but not for Wake Wireless. They also have amazing customer service, that's has great attention to details and very thorough. I recommend Wake Wireless to anyone in their service area.

I've been with Wake for several years now. The customer service is always top-notch. They even contacted me by phone to let me know that I had a surplus on my account (I accidentally made two payments) and that I could skip a payment. Who does that? I'll tell you; a caring business does. Moreover, the service I have had as been extremely good. The only major outages were caused by their backbone provider. A situation in which they have zero control. Finally, my speeds are consistently at or above what I pay for!
