This place does a great job! They were able to help me custom make things that had professional quality with a turnaround time way faster than I'm used to. As an aspiring fashion designer it sure is refreshing to speak to people with nice attitudes and open minds that communicate the best steps a person needs to take to fulfill their vision. If you need anything screenprinted, or transfers pressed onto your clothing and/or hats, in a very low-stress type of way, I can't recommend these people enough.

I have used 918 for several several things. I am always so happy with the way things turn out. Here are a couple of things. I just picked up today. The people are always friendly and I think the price is very good.

918 did a great job! Quick turnaround. The proof/approval process was super easy and easy to navigate. Upfront pricing and they have lots of different things to print things on. The longer I was in the showroom, the more ideas I kept getting. Thanks 918 for such nice shirts and helping us look sharp!

I have ordered shirts, goodies, and jackets from 918 Design Company multiple times through work fundraisers and I love the quality and prints of their items! Their company has A-1 customer service and are experienced at meeting customer needs. Everytime our organization has items made, I always purchase several to stock up.

I've used 918 Design for multiple shirt orders from gymnastics teams, family reunions, and even our school PTA yearly shirts! They make the process super easy and the convenience of the option to have an online store makes it super easy! If you are looking for a place to get shirts made, give them a try!

My experience with 918 Design Company was disappointing, and it all stems from the appalling leadership displayed by Leeah. While she initially presented herself as polite, (albeit patronizing) it became clear that her demeanor toward customers and her staff is starkly different. During one interaction, she asked me to hold for a moment, and to my shock, I overheard her berating her employees harshly and in a shockingly demeaning tone. It was disgusting to witness, even indirectly. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, and it was heartbreaking to realize these employees are likely underpaid and subjected to this kind of toxic treatment regularly. I do realize this was probably not intentional for me to hear, but I still find it upsetting enough to share. Despite my misgivings, I proceeded with my order because Leeah already had my clothing in her possession. However, I regretted this decision. She promised a short turnaround time and it took double what she had told me. Worse, I was left in the dark throughout this entire process. When I called for updates, the answers were inconsistent and dismissive, often ending with vague excuses like, "it must be at the other location." It's evident that Leeah's poor leadership has created a chaotic, uncoordinated work environment. So much so, that her team struggles to provide basic customer service. When I finally received my items, the staff I interacted with at pickup were wonderfully kind and clearly trying their best. Unfortunately, their efforts couldn't make up for the damage I found on my order, which required professional cleaning to remove markings that weren't there before, an expense I shouldn't have had to deal with. The kindness of the staff was the only redeeming factor in this experience. However, it's clear that their ability to provide quality service is being crushed under Leeah who treats them with hostility and disregard. The poor management, combined with unacceptable delays and damaged products, makes it impossible for me to recommend 918 Design Company.

918 has done our Jerseys for two seasons now. Their communication is amazing, their apparel is high quality, and they have a great design team. The best part is their customer service. I put in an order that was of late notice and they worked really hard to get my jerseys done on time. I highly recommend 918!
