My technician Like was amazing. He honored the fact that I didn't want shoes worn in the house even though he had to go into the attic and then back and forth to his truck. He cared so much that when his teammate John arrived he told him to put on shoe protection or take of his shoes. Before getting started Luke laid out all the options I had to place my device, which was great because the old company I used didn't take the time to explore what areas of my home I would want the equipment based on aesthetics. Both technicians were super professional and yet personal at the same time. Great work gentlemen!

Our technician Jim is so friendly and he does a great job! Always a good experience. My appointment was scheduled for 2- 4pm but he came early morning 9am which was even better. And he's always polite and calls before coming. I am happy with Kinetic. Thanks Kinetic Internet!

My experience with kinetic was way better than my experience with Cox. They finished everything on the first visit. Where is Cox left a wire thrown across my yard for two months. I appreciate the professionalism that your service technician provided. He helped me get my TVs hooked up and my phone and everything and I appreciate it very much

Jeremy was our technician and was prompt to arrive to our home. Was very polite and professional. We are very pleased with the connection. Best resolution we ever had. Beat Cox hands down. Was advised the Fiber cable will be buried when the rain showers stop. The equipment can't get in with the amount of rain dries up. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

Very poor install. There was a man who showed up and didn't announce his name until the end. He wreaked of cigarette smoke and body odor. I asked that he took his shoes off and he did that one time. After that, he walked in and out of the house without ever taking them off again. He didn't explain how the installation would go but that he needed an outlet that was to an outside wall to the back of our house. I didn't know what the install would look like or even know of how to hide the equipment. I said one place to which he said that may work but after he got started looking for an exterior box I figured another location behind an appliance that only needed one outlet of the two. Well I was never warned it needed both outlets. The guy drilled through the wall and accidentally got the wire stuck inside his drill bit. After drilling multiple holes in the wall, he left all the mess for me to clean up. The other very concerning thing is how easy it would be to cut my internet cable. It's just screwed to my siding. Very unhappy so far. The quality of internet is fine, but does not have good reception throughout our small home.

Windstream has been amazing! Their customer service has been top notch! The pricing is great and the speed of my internet at home is very fast. We did have a problem after the first guy came out to do the install but they were here within 2 days to fix it.

Hey, Kinetic! If you happen to see this, would you kindly let someone know if you plan to come fill the holes you left in mine and my neighbors' yards? Maybe we'd be more interested if you hadn't left a hole in my yard big enough to break part of a leg in? Not an exaggeration, I've accidentally stepped in it twice. It's been there since mid March, any day would be nice.

I work from home and when my internet went out it caused me to loose 2 days of work. When I scheduled my appointment it was going to be a week before anyone came out. After 4 phone calls and being on hold for 2 1/2 HOURS, I finally got someone that cared. I still had to wait 2 days for a technician to come out. But Brandon, my technician, was great. He found 2 problems and had me back up and running in an hour.
