Working with Susan and her team on my new website for my business was a wonderful experience! Susan was attentive, accommodating and open to all of my *sometimes wild* ideas in bringing the new vision to life. One of the things I appreciate most about Susan's process was her willingness to work hard to meet the tight deadline set on our initial call (with room to spare), and she was even able to deliver additional graphic work that I needed when my usual team couldn't handle the request due to the quick project turnaround needs. I only have amazing things to say about working with Susan; the process was smooth, collaborative and she was attentive (and proactive) anytime we hit a roadblock. Susan was a dream to work with! I needed help re-branding and designing a new website for my Personal Chef business, and Susan went above and beyond to turn my dream into a digital reality! First off, she is patient, which was incredibly important to me as I am indecisive, and between juggling 3 children, a business and a world-wide pandemic, I wasn't the quickest in getting back to her, but she would always respond promptly! Another thing I admired and appreciated about her was her thoroughness; She did her research, and helped me develop my brand to target the audience I wanted. Everything from my logo to my website design was expertly curated to appeal to my exact client demographics. Susan is also very honest and straight forward, and will help keep your designs timeless, rather then what's on trend and might fade out in a year or two, ensuring that you won't need to re-evaluate your choices down the road.
