Tech Support did great! They responded fairly quickly, especially with all the issues due the recent set of storms. Nathen and Marcel were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. My dogs loved them. Very helpful in getting my system back up and running. Thanks guys!

They were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They took the time to explain what went wrong and made sure I was completely satisfied with the service. After such a long wait, I really appreciate their effort and attention to detail. While I was disappointed with how long it took to get my service restored, the work Jeromy and Shane did was top-notch. Big thanks to them for getting me back online!

We just opened an office in Kingston and called yesterday to request wifi from 360. They were able to squeeze us in the next day (today) and Jeremy was my tech and he was awesome. He called and let me know when he was 30 minutes out and was nothing but kind, knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend!
