The installation guy was amazing! Polite, and informative. The woman I spoke with to get the service clearly doesn't know where the towers are. Waisted my day and still no service. Had to get another service provider. So sad. Hope they get better help in the office.

I have a main location and another tied to it in a different location. I have to reset (unplug and plug all devices and wait for reconnection about every 3 weeks) to restore internet at my secondary location. It's get very old and am thinking of not back to AT&T or find another source if they can't resolve this issue. I have called many times only to get the unplug fiasco.

Not using the service because it's not going to work in my area for the streaming i will need unfortunately but I spoke with Ashley Walker and she was very transparent and honest about connections, service tower speeds and how it would preform in my area. I wish i was closer but speak with Ashley if you do call if you want honest answers without someone trying to just push a sell to hurt them later with a very upset customer!!

Both the technician and the supervisor were really friendly and were not afraid to hold a conversation while focusing on there work at the same time!

They couldn't get signal so they had to put this gnarly big antenna on my roof putting screws in my new roof without asking and on top of that they're charging me 30 bucks a month just for the pole ... this is madness. If my roof starts leaking or any issues they will definitely be hearing from my attorney.

The installer was honest with me when he could not get the connection speed and was polite and honest.

Anthony Simpson did a great job hooking up our equipment. He was personal, professional and knowledge and efficient.
