Chisholm Broadband

Slowest internet of all time. Omega 1switched to this and ever since that it was terrible while omega 1 was still already VERY slow. Nothing has sped up and improved since the switch. I haven't been able to do anything for the past 4 days while restarting it and unplugging everything over and over for 0 results. Download speed is horrendous and is barely enough to install a game that is ONLY 5 Gb in 2 HOURS. Constant lag and rubberbanding, having to wait a day and some hours to install a game that is 50 Gb. If you want internet to play games on a simple xbox or playstation look for something else PLEASE. P.S. Only 3 people in this house by the way.

No Facebook update for outages. No chat option. You call the number to be told basically they know nothing, somewhere was struck by lightning when the storm was hours ago and very mild, supposedly people on the way to fix it but basically the guy answering the phone knows NOTHING!! We are up in the area to use this internet mainly on the weekends and almost every weekend it's broken or so slow you must use your hotspot to stream anything. If you are fortunate to have another option then I'd pick that.

Horrible internet connection at first I liked it but now I don't. Definitely gonna be looking around. I'm sure I can find better. Saturday April 12 my internet was off something terribly I know of at least 3/4 hrs. Finally I just started watching my I phone. U need to start notifying people on what's going on. Hate paying for something I'm not getting. Start knocking of customers bill. Why pay for something there not getting. Very frustrating and unhappy customer.

Any little storm or sometimes just rain is enough to take down your wifi for 2 days. Terrible service plans im paying 100 a month for 50mbps. The free wifi near me is 450mbps. Just shows how terrible this company is.

Horrible internet service. It's always going out or buffering. Omega1 was 1000 times more reliable. Wish they wouldn't have sold out to Chisholm Broadband

Your internet is slow not reliable and dose not work when just watching tv I have upped my speed 2X what I had but I have not seen any difference but in my bill I would give even one that think about this internet don't do it dial up would be faster

Definitely gonna have to switch providers; seems to me like the connection is barely able to work simple apps such as Youtube. Also seems like I have gone more days out of the month without being able to use it than i've been able to use it, waste of my money for sure.

Excellent service and pricing! This company actually cares about its customers. I live in a rural area so they came out and tested my signal strength before I committed to a plan. They said they would rather turn me down than make me pay for crummy service, which I greatly appreciated. Signal strength is excellent, the install was quick, and the tech was very courteous. My internet has never been so good AND so cheap! They even called about a week after the installment to make sure I was still satisfied. You really can't go wrong with this company!
