WAV11

Thank you all for letting me stop to sit down inside to cool off for a few minutes.

I received immediate service when I entered the WAV11 shop. The individual who waited on me listened carefully to me as I described the problems I was having with my laptop computer. She then took the computer and plugged it in so she could analyze the problems. It took her about 5 minutes to diagnose and fix the problems. She then shut the computer down and handed it back to me. She explained how I could correct the problems if they occurred again in the future. I reached into my wallet to pay for services and she refused payment. She said the problems were so trivial that no charges were required. I thanked her and praised WAV11. Last year I had my computer hacked and WAV11 folks had done an outstanding job of cleaning and repairing the damage that the hackers had caused. I am extremely pleased with the quality and speed of service I received as well as pleased with the friendly and caring folks who work there. I highly recommend WAV11 for any computer problems that an individual might I counter.

I called about a LCD repair for an HP laptop. I asked for the total price of the repair which the technician told me $150 plus tax. I said it would be probably cheaper for me to buy a new laptop. And reply he said that I couldn't get a laptop for less than 200 and I told him I got this laptop for two hundred a couple of years ago at Best Buy on sale. He then said well go ahead and get another computer very snarky. I then stated he was rude and hung up. I will never take my business to this person or company. I advise any other consumer to avoid this company.

We love WAV11. As a public school we have a variety of technological needs. We have used WAV11 for many years and no matter how simple or how complex our needs have been--on a daily basis or for bigger projects--every WAV11 employee that has come to our school has shown a high level of knowledge and the utmost professionalism each and every time. This is an outstanding company with very high customer service standards. They have a superb reputation and it is honestly earned and well deserved. Any time we call them they respond very quickly, and never make us feel like we are asking stupid questions. We highly recommend WAV11 to all individuals or business owners who have computer or technology needs.

This pc/laptop fixer upper is the best i've ever been to they fixed my laptop in jus a day and are extremely nice they allowed me to look at it and fix it up for cheap

I had an issue with my pc, they check everything until they found they issue, now my pc runs better then ever
