Checked in at 0715 for a 1400 appointment, was greeted with great morning staff, was given a door right away, started getting loaded at 0730, paperwork at 0800.. No complaints

Showed up early there were no trucks and I got right in a door and loaded quickly. 6 hours before my appointment. Nice people here too.

I arrived two and a half hours early before my App time. My appointment was at 2:45pm, checked in 12:00pm, got the door 2:30pm and they loaded the truck around 5:30pm.

I've been here three times, I'm loading up, and I'll never come here again, there's a fat, arrogant, lying cow sitting at the check-in. You have to wait 7,5 hours..

Overweight on drive axles, told they had to call their customer service to see what to about it. 3 hours and counting. Update: After 6 hours, finally in dock. Instead of reworking, they completely unloaded me. The Bogus story of a reefer can't be loaded properly, and my carrier was sending a dry van in the morning. We have NO dry vans. Oh, and did I forget to mention that they are now closed for the night?

Got here early and most of the reviews are correct. Park in parking lot on right before tracks. I had to walk to receiving office, I had Got here 2hrs early and had to wait for appointment time of 1pm, lunch truck is out in front of docks. Please be careful when coming into docks and open up your doors and back in then slid tandems to rear. Please be patient and bring your lunch. Most of us can do a split sleeper at this place.

First come first service. Doesn't matter your appointment time. Fast service.
