Had a battery replaced in my laptop today (10/22/24) the process was no longer than 20mins. It did take a week for the battery to arrive which is understandable, but the staff and service was great. Digging the techie vibe inside as well. Most definitely will return for future services when needed.

I establish service with this Company in October 2023. Everything started out OK, I paid my bill on time and everything. I recently got a message stating that I needed to return the equipment because the bill was past due only a few days. I had some medical issues that required me to go into emergency surgery and prevented me from making the payment. I expressed and spoke about this to multiple people at this company, and there was no concern or empathy expressed at all. Even after explaining my situation and only being a few days late on my bill, My only option was to return the equipment. My recovery time would only be three weeks post surgery and the company is making me return the equipment back to them, then I would have to re-purchase and pay another activation fee along with a leasing fee just to reestablish the service. The service here is the absolute worst because it truly shows that you're only just a dollar sign to them. They don't really care. Attached are the actual messages between the company and myself. I do not recommend this company to anyone. When establishing service with them, they seem to be the nicest people, however, after it became a nightmare because I rely on the service to run my business and work, and there was simply no understanding or compromise that they try to reach with me. Not to mention out of All the negative reviews On here, they only respond to the one that are positive without trying to resolve the issues for people who have actually had bad experience.

I live in a very rural area of East TN. Spark has been our only option. Spark has been such a life saver. I would recommend this company for anyone. The team has always been one of the most professional. Joann in particular has handled several phone calls with me, and she always finds a resolution and connects me with the right people. Such a pleasure to work with!

Stopped in to see if they could change the battery in my IPhone. Sure. Within 25 minutes they had the phone up and running. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommend Spark Services if you have issues with your phones.

Great service. Every interaction (phone, email, text, and at the counter)was positive. Significantly less expensive cell screen replacement than anywhere else I called. Would highly recommend.

Horrible Internet Service and Customer Support If I could give zero stars, I would. The internet connection is consistently unreliable, with frequent outages and terrible signal strength. I reached out to customer service to address these issues, only to be met with unprofessionalism. One representative, Joan, in particular, claimed my honest review was "fake" and even suspended my account because of it. They refused to credit me for the time my service was unusable and outright stated they would only cancel my service if I deleted my review. This kind of behavior is unethical and unacceptable. If you're considering this provider, *avoid at all costs*. Joan said it's in their terms that customers can't leave a bad review. Every 5 star here is fake..

AWESOME customer service! One email and they're on it! Impressive! We just got 5g in my area and I've waited 15 years to dump xfinity! Signal is a bit weak but I might get a cell signal booster. Thanks for the great service y'all!
