I can honestly say, today will be the first time I've publicly shamed a company, but it's long over due. We hired GenM Creative to build an e-commerce site. After over a year, we were left with a site that doesn't fully load all products, takes several MINUTES to load, has a partially working search feature and this is just a start. For $9k, we expected far more than this. Additionally, we paid them $3k for marketing they never fulfilled and refused to refund. They took advantage of a local small business and are no more than thieves. Yosuke should be ashamed of himself and his business partners.

This is a fantastic company. They did an amazing job with my marketing. I now have a beautiful website, true branding and I even have knowledge about SEO! I look like an expert now! I made friends with JC and Yoskue during the process. They are both excellent people and creative wizards! Truly a five star company! 100%
