Our company has used ISG for our outsourced IT needs for several years. We have found them to be responsive and competent to take care of our hardware and network needs. They have made several recommendations to our server setup and back-up plans to create redundancies that help avoid downtime. I would highly recommend them to any company looking to outsource their IT needs.

Bought $20,000 worth of equipment from this company, I've waited 6 months for this equipment to get installed and it's still not done. I didn't receive a response for 3 months from my account rep so I had to call numerous times to get a hold of someone to see when I can get this installation set up. Finally someone called me back and we were able to set something up. I've been asking to speak to the GM for over a week and a half and have yet to hear from him. This has been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with an IT company. If you want great customer service this probably isn't the place to go.

We had a Citrix environment settings issue after upgrading & configuring our network systems. ISG promptly got us their Citrix guru who got us up and running same morning. He was extremely proficient.
