Bluepeak

We haven't had many issues with Bluepeak. Occasionally there might be an outage but they fix it fairly quickly. My husband recently cut the line putting in a new fence. It took a few days to have the line replaced but they had the new line buried within a couple days. They also replaced the equipment on the back of our house that was damaged during the wildfires. Definitely 100 times better than our old internet provider!!

My experience with Bluepeak in Stillwater OK has been very positive. The install was a little bit of a hiccup with one team bringing the cable to the house before the installer could do his work. Other than that on a month by month basis it has been very good. Very limited outages that were handled quickly, many times without my knowledge. I just found out because of the text they sent out. Speeds are great. Value is great. I would recommend.

I've had more reliable service in Syria the speeds are great when they work but when it comes to reliability it is absolutely terrible. This is the 3rd month of me having it and 3rd time a tech is having to come out. If you must get it plan ahead to have 1 day off a month so you're available to let the tech inside. Average wait time for them to have availability has been about 3-4 days in my situation

Much better than previous provider optimum. Was a little disappointed the price increased after only a short time because I bill with a credit card. No other issues so far - satisfied with service.

The Blue Peak sales associate, David Wallar, was very helpful in assisting us with a new internet purchase. The tech rep, Jackson, was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He went out of his way to insure we were satisfied with the installation.

I am new to Bluepeak and could not have picked a better provider. Installation was seamless and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I am notified when there are outages in my area and doing updates. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a new provider.

I am not a customer. But them coming in and out of my apartment for a week and I didn't even order their service, was a total invasion of my privacy and illegal on the part of the owners and management, giving me "24 hour notice" which is the LAW and saying "in the next few weeks". I know the people doing the work were just doing their jobs, and they were courteous, but unless I'm getting it for free, and I really doubt it, there was absolutely no reason for them to be here. Now I have a weird and useless box on my wall and it's kinda making me paranoid. I already have internet.

We recently made the decision to change our TV and internet provider to Bluepeak. This was not an easy decision , since we had used our previous provider for many years. But we have been very happy that we made this change. The cost is no higher than we paid before and yet our experience is far better. For one thing, our Internet service is much, much faster and far more reliable! We also get all the cable channels we had before, plus a few more, which our other provider had dropped. Also, if you have missed part of a program, when you select that channel, you can start the program over! As for customer service, whenever I called--and i called several times as we learned the new system--the customer service staff was invariably friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We really are very glad that we made the switch. Our only complaint is with the remotes, which are rather difficult to use. The buttons are almost flat and don't have a backlight to help you avoid frequent, frustrating mistakes in dim lighting. But overall we are very pleased with Bluepeak!
