I've been a loyal customer for over four years and have always tried to support local businesses. During this time, I've worked fully remote or hybrid, so a stable internet connection was critical. Unfortunately, I experienced several outages over the years -- including one that lasted more than two weeks. When I called to schedule a disconnect, I was told I would be charged for the company to come pick up their own equipment. After four years of service, that felt unnecessary and disappointing. I scheduled the disconnect for tomorrow morning, but due to a miscommunication, my service was shut off a day early. While I appreciated that the team was able to restore it temporarily, I was also informed that my final month would not be prorated -- despite being told otherwise previously. I've since switched providers and am now paying the same monthly price for significantly faster and more reliable service. While I've had a few positive experiences with the team, they've been outweighed by inconsistent service and poor communication. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Additional Comments: I truly appreciated the installation service Joe provided for my internet, as well as his professionalism, honesty, and friendly demeanor. He explained all possible situations to me in a way I could easily understand, he was very nice, respectful and was even pleasant to my dog. I felt comfortable and safe with Joe working inside my home. He is certainly an all-around great representation of Pro Value. Also, James Cooley at the Main Street store front, was exceptional in his explanation of services, costs, options, etc. James gave a very nice "down home" feeling, coupled with great knowledge of the product and professionalism. Great experience!

ProValue net has been my internet provider for several years and I have no complaints. I just needed to update my info, and the young lady working was very sweet and helpful.

I have had Provalue as my internet provider for 3 years now and have only had good experiences with them. I have a family of six gamers who livestream on Youtube, game, and stream movies/tv shows usually all at the same time and without any issues. Their customer and technical support has always been so nice and helpful anytime I have called. Highly recommend!

I live about 20 miles from Stillwater yet my internet is always terrible if I get any reception at all. Tried to watch a 30 minute college lecture and the buffering made it take nearly an hour. Terrible service and only solution to increase speed is to pay more which does nothing.

I used pro value net for my wifi service for two years before I had to move closer to town, and I miss them so much. The customer service is outstanding, the product itself is great, and every time you call you are immediately greeted with a friendly human being, and not 15 minutes of automated systems. Suddenlink, Optimum, and AT&T need to evaluate the way this company runs and treats its customers, because pro value net is leaps and bounds ahead of them. If this business were ever able to stretch their service into town more, I would switch back to them in an instant. Excellent business run by great people

Daniel was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was also very patient and friendly. It is nice speaking with someone who speaks fluent English. My phone call was answered very quickly, no waiting online for 15 minutes before my call was picked up. I will definitely be recommending ProValue Net. Thank you, Daniel
