KICKER TAKES CARE THEIR CUSTOMERS, FAST --had some problem with my Bluetooth remote for a (cheap refurb) KXA amp, after few emails trying to reset it, it was determined it's faulty, and RMA is generated. shipped it off, and they had a new one back to me on the same day. I paid 1/3 retail for a refurb unit from authorized dealer, but I still received 1st rated customer service! If you can find Kicker refurb, you can't beat its price and warranty, it's like buying used but still get the factory support.

Customer services and support are second to none in this industry. They have always had some of the best services and products over the many years that I have been dealing with them. I really appreciate the quick responses and resolution we came too!

Best headphones I've ever owned. Coleman Rimer went above and beyond when he responded to an issue that I caused with my headphones. A brain injury left me unable to read properly so I listen to my books now and I continue rocking out in style and sound perfection. When I kept falling asleep with my headphones on I damaged the cord and couldn't find one anywhere. Thank you Mr Rimer for sending me one so I could continue listening to everything as it was meant to sound. I'm always looking for ways to better cope with the neuro and physical issues I have so I hope to purchase a set of Kicker wireless ear buds soon and review them too.

I was blown away. I've lived here 9 years and didn't know they had a place like this. The museum was awesome. I highly recommend it.

Garbage products that arrive defective, with apparently no warranty in Canada. The staff told me there was a US customs policy that didn't allow them to send warranty items across the border- but when questioned which policy- they could not come up with an answer. I consider that to be a lie because I occasionally receive warranty items from the US. Apparently, there are customs policies that only apply to Stillwater designs. When pressed on that issue they backtracked and they tried to make me pay shipping costs and create and pay for a mail forwarding service from the US to Canada, on an item I received that was defective. Having to pay again on an item I already paid for- I call that extortion. I paid for a powered subwoofer for $550, received a pile of garbage that never once worked, and then they wanted me to pay another $200 just to get it working?! I would understand having to jump through a few hoops if this was a warranty issue and I used the item for a year and it wore out. But this was a defective product that never once worked. And the company didn't care. The staff in the troubleshooting department were quite helpful(Kelton-thank you for your help diagnosing and troubleshooting), however everyone else was a nightmare to deal with(David Bellah). Rude and unhelpful. Unwilling to stand behind their own products, cover shipping costs, or replace their own defective item. My advice is to avoid at all cost and deal with a company that actually cares about their customers or their products. Anyone but these guys. In a day and age where inflation is crippling households, don't bother wasting your money on a company like this who just may take your money and run- like they did with mine.

Cheaply designed trash that blows easily and overpriced at that. Buy an L7T and try to play music at RMS 600watts and watch how quick the subs blow. All subs perform better than L7T no matter how cheap.

I had to send back a 10 inch subwoofer that I bought from Best Buy back in February. I had been procrastinating about doing it because I expected it to be a hassle. When I finally did it it couldn't have been easier. No questions other than they wanted a copy of the receipt which was no problem since it was saved in the Best Buy app. I sent it back (I did have to pay for the shipping there which I didn't like but I also know that is commonplace with most companies) they received it Monday and my brand new replacement subwoofer just arrived today Thursday morning. They communicated the whole way and got it done fast. The best part was they didn't try to weasel out of their warranty obligations like I have had other companies do. This right here is why I buy Kicker products! Rarely is there a problem with any of their items but if there is I know now that they stand behind them. Overall I'm very impressed with them.
