The Quarters at Stillwater

The room was fine. Lived there for 4 years. There are cockroaches. Not bad on the 4th floor but definitely there. All of the amenities are broken most of the time. (The elevator included) The staff is GREAT. The maintenance team is AWESOME! It was a fine college apartment for what is in Stillwater but that's about the best thing I could say.

The price is good, but there are many problems with the apartment. 1. The pool is almost always never usable, either being green or under construction 2. The gates to the pool are completely broken and almost all of the doors for at least the main building do not actually have locks 3. They are HORRIBLE about cleaning. There is always piles of trash everywhere and the dog park smells terrible 4. Sometimes they leave the pool lights on ALL night. This does not happen often (7-8 times the whole year), but if you live in the middle building it will keep you up all night. They also do nothing about the people who throw parties in the pool area after dark which will also keep you up. 5. While they will quickly send maintenance they almost never actually fix the thing. 6. There are constantly other broke things throughout the buildings that they just don't fix such as the broken pool tables. Overall if you want a cheaper place to live it's not horrible and there's not roaches or rats, but if you want a nicer place that's definitely not here.

They market the pool area, but it has been green for months. Couldn't use it over summer when I was here. Staff is friendly but complaints fall on deaf ears it seems. Parking can be a nightmare at night. Even though we have tags, no one enforces towing for non-residents (we have a lot of them). So, us girls have to walk a long way in the dark sometimes. Not good. Move a bit further out near the lake and pay a little extra. Worth it for good parking and amenities that work. And don't get me started on the maintenance people. They're just rude.

I do not recommend living here. it is INFESTED with roaches, my ceiling fan has been broke for over several months now. The gym is very dirty and not a good space to workout in and you can't get out of your lease so you have to live with the roaches. These good reviews are the workers putting in good reviews. I advise you pick a different place to live because this apartment complex is not it. The apartment lighting sucks it is very dark in the apartments and you're gonna have to buy lamps and different light bulbs. They tell you to discuss it with the management office but they don't do anything about it.

Rylan was absolutely fantastic! He had great costumer service and really made me feel at home. Huge shoutout to him! My experience here has been nothing short of amazing everything has been incredibly professional.

I lived at the Quarters for a year now and it has been great! I love the amenities and the team. Especially Keaton he always does a great job and helps me with whatever I need.

Great experience for me and my friends, genuinely loved the pool we had a blast, special thanks to Rylan, when i'm at these places the service feels rushed but with him it felt natural
